SOIL INVESTIGATION, PREPARATION OF ARCH AND STRUCTURAL DRGS FOR PROVN OF LECTURE AND DEMONSTRATION STANDS AND ALLIED WKS AT CTW AT CME PUNE

1. Mobilisation of drilling machinery accessories and Man power at site and demobilization the same after completion of the entire work and carrying out soil investigation by drilling bore holes ( 100 mm dia in any type of soil and 75mm dia (N x size) in rock upto depth of 10 M depth respectively and collecting disturbed soil samples/ rock core from different location for carrying out relevent laboratory test, all as directed by Enginner-In-Charge inclusive of undermentioned test.

(a) Conducting density test of soil (Lab test) (b) Collecting undisturbed soil samples. (c) Water absorbtion tect (Lab test) (d) Soked crushing strenght test on rock. (e) Atterberg's limt on soil. (f) Conducting standered penitration test (SPT) (g) Specific Gravity (h) Chemical analysis of soil/ water (j) Porosity of water Note: Complition of lab test results conducted by NABL TEST LAB and Submitting Report in four copies with all field and laboratory test results, SBC recommendations complete with soft copy in CD or DVD.

Consultancy For Preparation of Arch Drwg and structural drwg for Provn of Lecture and Demonstration stands and allied work at CTW CME, Pune (Spl Wk) Plinth area of the Lecture stand 219.39 Sqm with the following specification :-

(i) Excavation: In all types of soil/Rocks. (Minimum depth of footing 1.5m) (ii) Foundation: (i) Isolated column footing RCC M-25 Column footing in all types of Soil/rocks over lean concrete 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) ), RCC Column up to Plinth height: 500mm. (iii) Structure: Framed steel Structure with galvanized roofing sheet for roof clear height 6.45 mtr in front and 5.40 mtr in rear side . (iv) Plinth beam: Reinforced Cement concrete of grade M-25. (v) Floors: (i) 20-25 mm thick kota flooring over 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 over 100 mm Thick PCC 1:4:8 sub base over crushed sand filling.

(vi) Moorum Filling: Student sitting steps, Passage, lecture stand and plinth protection below PCC. (vii) Superstructure/Truss Member: Hollow tubular steel member column & all Other structural steel members in truss as per load and sesmic zone. (viii) Roof: Pre Painted Galvalume sheet roof with slope 1:30 (ix) Plaster : (i)External: 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) in two layers , first layer of 10mm thick and second layer 5mm thick using WPC @ 3% of cement being used or as per manufacturer instruction in second layer . (x) External: 2 coats of Acrylic emulsion paint of weather coat over one coat of primer.

(xi) Masonry work: Brick work with subclass B bricks in CM (1:6) (xii) Plinth: Height 500mm. (xiii) Plinth Protection: Plinth Protection around the building. (xiv) Preparation of architectural drawings (xv) Proof checking / Vetting:-Vetting from Government Engineering College and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes and practices. (xvii) Yardstick and estimate of the building (xvii) Submission of 04 hard and soft copy incl Scanned copy of vetted/ proof checked copy from Govt college. Note: It is adviced to visit AGE (P) sub division of GE CME for any claraifaction regarding Drwgs and work site.
