Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roofs, any thickness including plastering and leeping (wheather full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and as directed.

Wire brushing and cleaning top surface tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete including flashings and junction of parapet etc complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggretgate, as in padding roof maintaining the required slope and finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Roof treatment with polymeric water proofing membrane to roof with the following courses as under complete all as specified :- (a) Cleaning surface by wire brushing,brooming, removing dust complete and make the surface even and smooth. (b) Applying a coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 - 1965 @ 0.40 lit/Sqm and allow to dry. (c) Applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 as per IS-702-1988 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of each coat applied over primer incl cleaning of surfaces . (d) Supply and laying 3mm thick polymeric water proofing membrane weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with nonwoven polyester fabric weight not less than 160 gms/sqm over area including overlapping of 100mm(min) as per manufacturers instruction.then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note :- (i) Laying APP bassed polymenic membrane shall be done torch on methed or as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturer's instruction. NOTE: The complete work shall be done under strict supervision of manufacturers technical representative and as directed.

Factory made PCC tiles of size 250x250x20-22mm thick machine pressed set and jointed in neat cement slurry over roof surface cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding and joints grout filled in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, kacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for 20mm thick Cement plaster (1:3) using Coarse sand mixed with acrylic based water proofing compound and finish surface all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-0 (using 12.5mm grade Machanical crushed aggregate ) for Benching coving shall be 150mm in radius Mixed with acrylic based polymer water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work using old size bricks with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar 1:4 including demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc and fixing of chicken wire gauge where directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC and chicken wire gauge will be measured and paid separately.

Supply onle chicken wire mesh 22 gauge of size not less than 20x20mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface of wall and finsihed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement base primer on new plastered surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

Rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceilling surface and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilling and apply three coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying acrylic thick wall care putty on internal /external surfaces of walls/ceillings/soffits (thickness vary from 1.0 to 1.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving painting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new/existing surfaces (plastered or unplasterd) Applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion walls /RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over under coat as recommended by manufacturer of exterior emusion complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, stain free, matt finish, square porselano vitrified tiles 600x600x9 to 10 mm thick /area of each tile exc. 0.35 Sqm but not exc. 0.40 Sqm in floors etc. in approved shade, set and jointed in neat cement including and over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality straight edge, stain free, gloss finish, square single charged vitrified tiles in 600x600x9 to 10 mm thick in approved shade, set & jointed in neat and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, as in skirting not exc 150mm high etc. in any pattern of light and dark tiles as approved, over and including 10 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying Premimu (1st) quality printed straight edge, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600x300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, etc, as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 300x 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light and dark tiles as approved/matching with wall tiles, set and jointed in neat cement including and over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down exisitng steel tubing and connections, 15mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down existing steel tubing and connections, 20mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm bore steel water tubing medium grade galvanished with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor etc complete all as specified and as directed.
