SPL REPAIRS TO OHT AT NAMKUM, KOJATOLI , MORABADI POCKET OF RANCHI MIL STN UNDE GE RANCHI

M & L for repairing broken edges of Coloumn, roof projection, Fascias etc . In small widths/depths ( exposed area exc 0.05 sqm but n exc 0.10 Sqm ) by breaking the cracked/loose portion and filling with Cement Mortar / Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ,Type B-0 , using 12.5 mm Crushed stone aggregates , over GI wire mesh, giving a coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using coat of anti corrosive paint to exposed Reinforcement and using chemical for bonding old and new concrete/plaster and finishing with CM 1:3 plastering, incl 2 coats of white wash to match the exisitng surfaces incl removing debris , necessary scaffolding , etc all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement if any provided shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for repair and rendering 10mm thick in cm 1 :3 on chajjas, facia, roof projection, column sides, beam bottom and sides including throating after removing cracked plaster and concrete including cleaning of viisible reinforcement and treating with cement slurry also necessary repair to cracked concrete if any with cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate including necessary scafolding work for double/single storey bldgs all as directed .

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, incl cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips.

Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of bk /concrete surfaces in cm (1:4), finished even and smooth (Without using extra cement including scafolding up to 12mtr ht of bldg, etc complete.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction.

M & L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls/chajja/lintel and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Apex or equivalent in berger. johnson paint white or tinted) over a coat of alkali resistant primer iincluding scafolding up to 12mtr ht of bldg, etc complete.complete

Materials & labour complete removal of existing treatment finishing the walls surface with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including scafolding up to 12mtr ht of bldg, etc complete.

Demoliton of cement concrete in ground floor paving not exc 15cm thickness ( below or above ground level ) complete.
