Taking down carefully old unserviceable aluminum/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendants, regulators sockets, junction/terminal boxes etc; removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., to match with existing surrounding surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable main switches/ distribution boards/Fuse Units of any description alongwith MCBs/MCCBs and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any description and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surrounding finishes complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sq.mm (nominal area), single core, FRLSH PVC insulated ,unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including medium grade, rigid , non-metallic PVC concealed/ on surface conduit of size not less than 20 mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/ floor or surface on wall/ roof duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth duly including suitable size of factory made fabricated MS sheet modular terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches/switch socket combinations/ fan regulators etc., covered with suitable size of modular cover plates complete in making good the existing surface with existing colour coding as required at site complete all as specified for the following :- Make of wire : Polycab/ Gloster/ Anchor/ Havells/ Finolex and Make of PVC Conduit or Casing & caping : Modi/ Precision/ Supreme/ Finolex/ Polycab. Note :- The unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of following :- (a) GI metal flush box of minimum thickness of 1.6mm and modular cover plate with frame of any module complete. (b) Proper colour coding is to be followed as per IS specification. (c) Wiring shall be concealed/ on surface with rigid PVC conduit medium grade/PVC casing caping as per site requirement. (d) Cutting chases in wall/floor /beam/ceiling to be concealed conduit and making good the disturbed surfaces.

Taking down carefully ceiling fan of any make, size from its location, dismantling complete, examine complete parts thoroughly, oiling, greasing all parts and complete overhauling of fan including replacement of small parts such as split pin, nut bolt, screws and assembling back the fan, make fully functional, re-fixing the fan to its position including replacing and providing of twin core copper wire 23/0.0076 from fan to ceiling rose and painting the fan with same colour of fan complete all as directed.

Taking down of unsv exhaust fan of cap upto 300 mm sweep of any make from its existing position and rewinding by super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and size with Garware insulating paper, insulating varnish and oven drying for requisite insulation values including necessary PVC sleeves lead wires, repainting and testing after assembling in position in exhaust fan complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of LED slim panel lighting fixture of 15 Watt recess mounted 220V , 50Hz with finished in premium white powder coating ,environmental friendly energy efficient fitting recess mounted round/square in shape (Warm white/ white colour as per requirement of site complete) of light as required at site) complete all as specified and directed. Make - Luker Cat Part No : LNPR15 or equivalent make in CG/ Philips/ Havells. NOTE: The rate quoted deemed to include for any alterations required to existing false ceiling as per site condition for fixing light fitting .

S & F and testing Tube light fittings aluminium tubes 22 watts 4 feet including all accessories and fixing arrangements for fixing the light fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make: Luker Cat Part No : LT522 or equivalent to CG/Philips Havells

S & F GI brackets of GI pipe light grade of size 25 mm dia including nuts, bolts and washers for building secufity light all as specified and directed

M&L for Sub main wiring complete with two runs (1P+1N) of 1.5 sq mm single core 1100 V grade with stranded copper conductor cable using proper colour coding Phase Red /Yellow /Blue, Neutral- black and earth- green in and incl rigid PVC concealed/surface conduit (ISI marked) incl all specials/ accessories etc and provision of PVC insulated FRLSH copper conductor single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire all as directed.

All as per item Sl No 127 above, but , sub main wiring with 2 single core 4.0 sq mm duly earthed with one run of single core cable of same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire. Note (for item No 127.0 & 128.0 ) : 3 length of cable and one length casing & caping shall be measured and paid for one length .
