Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator CK 90 and Tippers with Disposal upto 1000 metres.Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m(GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Construction of Embankment with Material obtained from Borrowpits -Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.(Carted soil)(GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

GSB :- Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete As per MORT&H specification and clause No.4.1 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

WMM :- Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates from approved quarry to Wet Mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant,, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layer with paver in sub basae/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. As per MORT&H specification and clause No.4.14 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Prime coat :-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg/sqm usingmannual means . As per MORT&H specification and clause No.5.1 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess..

DBM :- Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 60-90 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 4.50 percent by weight of total mix and filler, fransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction As per MORT&H specification and clause No.5.6 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Tack Coat-II:- Providing and applying tack coat ( over bituminous surface) with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. As per MORT&H specification and clause No.5.2 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

BC:- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-90 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG 40) @ 5.4 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction As per MORT&H specification and clause No.5.8 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Construction of sub-grade and erthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. As per MORT&H specification and clause No.3.18 complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in Charge (For Pateri Work) (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess. U-DRAIN- Excavation for Foundation in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

R.C.C. M-20, work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm (3/4") gauge approved stone grit including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item. As per Clause 12.08 Case-II (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications As per SI no 504. (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.

Construction of minor Bridge 1X3.00m Span Excavation for Foundation in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m (GST will be paid extra as applicable) including labour cess.
