SPECIAL REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HT OCBS WITH NEW HT VCBS AT HAPPY VALLEY UNDER GE SHILLONG

M & L for carefully taking down existing unserviceable HT 11 KV cubical panel consisting of 05 Nos OCB's including disconnecting all electrical connection after proper shutdown given by Engr-in-Charge and deposit to MES Store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor type HT 11 KV 5 panel VCB cubical panel (consisting of 01 No 800 Amps VCB as incomer and 04 Nos 400 Amps VCB as outgoing), horizontal draw-out, horizontal isolation type VCB having rupturing capacity 18.4 kA for 1 second by interconnecting the HT panel board with copper bus bar of suitable size (not less than 1250 Amp) duly enclosed in powder coated sheet metal frame and panel shall be not less than 2.0 mm thickness and comprising of the following complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Electrical and Mechanical interlock with and automatic safety shutter door - 05 Nos (For each of 5 VCBs). (b) Power Pack for control circuits - 05 Sets (For each of 5 VCBs).. (c) Assembly of five vacuum interrupter complete with epoxy support insulator and self-alligning finger type isolating contacts - integrated for entire panel (d) Motorised mechanism, spring charging with independent closing/ tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker "close/open" spring charged/discharged indication - 05 Nos (For each of 5 VCBs).

(o) Numerical type 3 phase over/ under voltage relay with 27/59 protection, model-CGV24C of make: CG or equivalent in make - 01 Set (For incomer VCB) (p) Master Trip Relay/ High speed tripping relay of make: CG or equivalent in make - 05 Sets (For each of 5 VCBs) (q) LED Indication lamps for Breaker ON, Breaker OFF, Auto Trip, Trip circuit healthy, Spring Charged, RYB indication as per standard colour code. (r) Push button for Trip Circuit healthy, Emergency trip button, surge protector 10 kA, Local remote switch, Trip neutral close switch, 3 pin socket - 05 sets (For each of 5 VCBs). (s) Cubical LED illumination lamp with switch - 05 Nos . (t) Potential transformer three single phase draw out type 11 KV/rt3/110V/rt3 class 0.5, burden 100 VA (set of 3) - 1 set for Incomer VCB. (u) Epoxy Rasin cast CT of ratio 400-200/ 5-5 class 0.5/ 5P10, burden 2.5 VA/15 VA for incomer VCB (set of 3) - 1 set. (v) Epoxy Rasin cast CT of ratio 200-100/ 5-5 class 0.5/ 5P10, burden 2.5 VA/15 VA for outgoing VCBs (set of 3) - 4 sets. Note: - (i) The cost of modification of existing site including excavation/ PCC foundation as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in -Charge deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Any accessories not mentioned above but forming essential part of standard module of manufacturer deemed to be included in the quoted rate (iii) The standard drawing of the panel duly incorporating all constructional details and electrical connection details and mentioning make of each component should be got approved by GE before manufacturing. (iv) Factory testing and inspection before dispatch at the cost of tenderer deemed to be included in the quoted rate (v) VCB & Panel should be of same make]

Supply and fixing cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm including taking down old complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below normal ground level) connected to galvanized earth lead strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers including brazing at all joints including 40mm dia medium grade GI tubing for protection of earth lead, MS sheet metal funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe medium grade 20mm dia, charcoal and common salt in alternative layer of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the electrode with concrete earth pit of PCC type C1 (1:3:6, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) 50mm thick precast RCC type B1, (1:2:4, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) pit cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with mild steel handle 10 mm dia including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoils to a distance n.exc 50m and necessary connection and testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, 2009 including taking down old unserviceable earth plate with all accessories complete all as specified and directed. [Note:- The rates quoted deemed to include the cost of Earth test point and earth strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plate electrode]
