Surface excavation not exc.30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each not exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard dense soil not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out complete specified and as directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete Type C2, 1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone coarse aggregate in foundations,filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed

S&F steel work in tubular trusses curved or plain i.e. Truss bottom, top bend, sides, side supports, holding plates, posts and base plate etc including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Mild steel plates( Plain or Chequered) , channels section, square or notched forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachments etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel works as in bands, hold fasts, plain angle cleats for securing purlins and rafters, plate washers and similar small articles etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in wind ties for roof including securing bolts etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick curved or plain of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as specified.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , 100mm thickness, as in sub base, plinth protection etc., complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Brick work with using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6M mean radius, built in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. complete specified and as directed

Removing excavated materialn exc 50mtr but not exc 250mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete specified and as directed

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 and finished the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing newly plastered surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chambered on edges all as specified and as directed

M & L for treating/painting small articles such as cleats, brackets, hooks, knobs, fasteners and other similar articles etc with black paint or tar all as specified and as directed

M&L sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.
