Providing and Fixing Armstrong Channeled Wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm length 2400mm of as required by the Architect/Engineer-in-charge, made of Moisture Resistant fibre board with minimum 595 Kg/M3 density substrate with a laminate facing as per the approved shade & finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special perforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz" fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel cach. The edges of the panels shall be "Tongue-and-grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing non-woven acoustical fleece having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Architect/Engineer-in-charge. Installation: The installation work includes Fixing of Aluminium etruded channels of section 20x15mm as approved by the Architect on the solid wall horizontally using screws and plugs at spacing of 600mm centre-incentre. Screw the aluminium extruded keel for channelled works provided by Armstrong over the lowest and second at an on-centre distance of 600mm. Placing the inside clip on the groove end of the panel along the Al keel and then place the tongue end of the next panel. Continue installing rows of panels by inserting the tongue into the groove of the earlier inserted panel and progressively installing inside clips wooden moulding of matching colour. Installation to be carried out by Armstrong Trained Installation team & Installation should be carried out as per Armstrong recommended procedure and pattern decided by Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/sqm) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with glass of required thickness having 60 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW60) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report/certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & EI.
