Excavation in trenches, exc1.5 Mtr wide but n. exc 3Mtr in depth for foundation/laying of cable / pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. Exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. Exc 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. Exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & spread unwashed dry river sand for sand cushioning for covering the under ground cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Punning thickness shall be measured.)

M&L for cable protection cover with sub Class`B` bricks old size laid dry, flat perpendicular across the cable in trenches specified & directed by Engg in charge.

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor,LT Cable of following sizes complete complete all as specified and directed:-

10 sqmm to 25 sqmm

35 sqmm to 50 sqmm

70 sqmm to 120 sqmm

Taking out Unsv U/G cable PVC insulated armoured PVC sheathed Al. Conductor, HT type of 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade IS-7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) System laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/ fixed to poles including jointing & testing complete all as specified and dircted of cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply, laying and commissioning XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade IS-7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV (E) System laid in trenches/ ducts/ encased in GI pipe/ fixed to poles including jointing & testing complete all as specified and dircted of cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. M& L for renewal of Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end connected to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipment etc at the other and earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x6 mm flat iron clamps bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI Pipe electrode complete all as specified and shown in elctrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. the scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil. removal of soil upto 50 metre PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt funnel, CI frame etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:(I) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover. S&F in replacement new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life varsatile pressure die cast aluminium IP66 road way light fitting with high power LED as light source of capacity 60 watts (Surge protection of the light should be 10 KV )with suitable drivers etc fixed to Pole/Wall in any position including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S & F street light GI bracket of 1.2 mtr long made out of 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe bend to shape of 120 degree end welded at required including 02 Nos MS clamp of FL 40 x 6mm including nuts bolts & washers with fixing of LED street light complete necessary fixing arrangements on polecomplete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 4 sqmm solid conductor 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed twin core cable flat or circular from junction box to fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 20 mm dia Unplasticised PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kgf/cm2 fixed on pole with MS clamps made out 25 x 3 mm thick MS flat with the size of pole , nut, bolt etc at the interval of 2 meter complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning factory made THERMOPLASTIC/HDPE CABLE JUNCTION BOXES IP 66/67 “weather proof”, with terminals for outdoor installation (with knockouts for cable entry) of size 280 x 170 x 105 mm depth with cable entry size of 10-25 sqmm with 4 No. busbar of capacity 63 Amp and MCB SP 6 Amp-1 No.of make sintex/Fibox/Hansel each, with flat iron clamps of size 25 x 4 mm, nuts and bolts complete including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with Mild iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide including taking down old unserviceable PCC poles of any type and including bracket of 40mm dia and clamp of 40x 6mm complete and including pipe 40mm light grade of 1.5mtr lenth complete all as specified and directed.
