Construction of subgrade for 150mm depth by using picked material obtained from the existing surface by mechanical means and then adding 50% of defict materials by using stone dust obtained from quarry with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 with lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification clause 303.1( Subgrade using stone dust to improve CBR 7 to 9)KM 0/0 - 1/000

Construction of Granular Sub base by providing well graded material (25 mm to 4.75 mm IRC HBG metal @ 65 %,4.75 to 2.36mm IRC HBG metal @20%&2.36 mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)& (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 25 & 6% repectively) spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacting with three wheel 80-100 KN capacity and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer (Mix -in - place method) KM 0/0 - 1/000

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 150mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete. Providing and Laying of PRIMECOAT using emulsion at the rate of 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc. KM 0/000-1/000

Providing and laying TACK COAT over WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.5kg Of Bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm over the Prime coat preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc. KM 0/0 - 1/000.

Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 25mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5 KM 0/0 - 1/000.

Providing and laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approve sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction KM 0/0 - 1/000.

Road Marking with Hot Applied thermoplastic compound with reflectorising Glass beeds on bituminous surface providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflecctorising Glass beeds at 250gms per sqm area ,thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds as per IRC 35 . The finished surface to level uniform and free from streeks and holes extra complete as per MORTH specification no 803.KM 0/0 - 1/500.

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost for carriageway width of 3.00m & 3.75m For the First Year from the date of completion of work
