Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140mm dia and then enlarging to 150mm dia bore by direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling benonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the Departmental officers including construction of mud pit..upto 60m depth ending below ground level

Supply of the following casing pipes of ISI approved quality with wall thickness not less than 7.5mm to 8.5mm with PVC couplers and cement Paste etc. Complete and including packing the annular space with pebbles quality and size of pebbles and the PVC pipe should be approved by the departmental officer.

Labour charges for inserting300 mm dia OD PVC casing pipes assembly. (with slots and without slots) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC couplers with cement paste including supplying and packing of pebbles in anular spaces as approved by the Asst.Exe.Engineer.

Charges for developing the borewell with air compressor of 600CFM. Capacity (minimum 8 hours ) including transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by the Departmental Officers and conducting yield test by 'V' notch methods.

supply and delivery of 5HP Three phase Submersible pumpset of duty condition 200 lpm x 60 m as per IS 8034 without panel board etc complete as per standard specification.

Supply of Three phase Pannel board suitable for 5HP with two level guard and auto start etc complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and delivery of 2.5Sq.mm of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable confirming to IS694/ 1990 etc complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges for the errection of 5HP submersible pumpset in the Borewell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth walls errection clamps pressure gauges up to the exterior wall of pumping room and errection of panel board consisting of DPICN switches starter volt meter ammeter, Three Pilot ( Indicating ) lamps capacitor single phasing preventer water level guard and laying and jointing the cable s and twin earthing as per IE rules etc complete and testing to the pumpset and trial run for 10 Days.

Supply and delivery of PVC,C.I /D/F and RCC Pipes to a standard length of 6m with a one end socket and other end free the rate should inclusive of all taxes. The pipes should be quaranteed for pressure.
