Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding /backing coat and removing rubbish off the premises, complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for as in floor/foundation etc., complete all as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Taking down chowkhat or frame n .exc. 1.5 sqm each without taking off shutter from the frame complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer –In -Charge.

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made flush shutters, 35mm thick solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, with 0.90mm thick decorative laminate type-1, commercial type on other sides of surface finish, colour as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters,2nd class hardwood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edge of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beds for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8. clause 8.20 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/ sealed to the stiles, & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVG white colour Sliding window Three track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ -0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mm x 52mm), sliding sash (42mm x 67mm). Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories wih multi point gear locking at different sides of frame, anti lift device on slide windows with temper proof screws with and including glazed shutter fixed with 4.8 mm thick plain sheet glass & wire mesh shutter with stain less steel wire cloth 304 grade stainless steel with 0.254 mm (30 gauge) dia of steel wire and 0.95 mm width of aperature and filling gap of wall and frame with silicon sealent complete incl taking down old window complete all as specified. all as directed.
