All kinds of soil as per SI.No. 2.8.1

Boring with hydraulic piling rigs with power units, providing and installing cast in situ single under reamed piles of specified diameter and length below pile cap in M-25 cement concrete, to carry a safe working load not less than specified, excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with bentonite solution and the length of the pile to be embedded in pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured upto to the bottom of pile cap) : 300 mm dia piles. DSR-20.3.1

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911 (Part IV) includinginstallation of loading platform by Kentledge method and preparation of pilehead or construction of test cap and dismantling of test cap after test etc.complete as per specification & the direction of Engineer in-charge. Note: 1. Initial and Routine Load Test shall not be carried out by Dynamic method of testing. Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for pre-constructional antitermite treatment and creating and chamical bariier under and arround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduit etc. complete (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981) approved material such as Hepthachlor or chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows. (i) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 Liters per Sqm. (ii) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 Liters per Sqm. (iii) Treatment junction of top suface of plinth filling 5 liters per Sqm. (iv) Treatment of soil along External perimeter of Building 7.5 Liters per Sqm. (v) Treatment of soil under Apron along external perimeter 5 Liters per Sqm. as per SOR Ch. No. 7, Add Item

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. as per SI.No. 2.25 (a)

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete. as per SI no 2.27

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per SI no. 4.1.8

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class -150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per SI No- 6.1.1
