Amount

Removing of old water proofing treatment and cleaning the top surface of slab removing dust, foreign material and removing rubbish off the site to a distance n.exc. 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) on RCC roof slabs including supply and mixing with and including approved intgral liquid water proofing compound as per manufactureres instructions, finishing even and fair to receive water proofing APP membrane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- WPC shall be deemed to included in quoted rate)

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors complete all as directed and are as under:- (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages/seepages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface (b) Making holes with drill machine of dia 18 mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc including fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam sealer all as per manfracturers specifications . NOTE :- (a) The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D. MAKE:- PIDILITE or equivalent as specified in PS.

Material and labour for chemical cleaning of tile joints and re-grouting carefully by washing the existing tile with heavy duty tile cleaner preferbly of M/S Pidilite or equivalent cleaner, again washing with fresh jet water, scratching the joints and filling the same with (white/matching colour) epoxy tile grout of M/s Pidilite, ROFF RTM epoxy or equivalent, curing, cleaning the surface etc, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing of all scale dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipe etc (cleaning should be done with chemical), hoisting, reconnecting and re fixing the same in position capacity of tank exc. 250 ltr & n.exc. 500 ltrs all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing tanks, exc. 250 ltr and n exc. 500 ltr removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling existing tanks,exc 500 ltr and n exc 1000 ltr removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix three layered rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, capacity 500 litre in white colour, ISI mark embosed on it, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of distempering walls with distemper dry of approved tint over a coat of chalk whiting primer, on newly plastered surfaces, preparatory to distempering including preparing of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs/flooring of any description laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (mirror polish) including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes. complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs at one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles in store, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repairs Stop valves, chromium plated, cast copper alloy screwed down, high pressure, with butterfly handle , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions, 15 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Prayag Cat Part No-7326 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

Material and labour for vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) all as per CERA Cat No CURTIS or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed as in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back of size 550x 400 excluding taps waste chain and plug and porcelain stopper but incl necessary brackets CP brass waste coupling and other fittings all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC connections 15 mm dia with brass nut on both ends and washers 450 mm long all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed with 15 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) steel windows, ventilators area n.exc. 1.50 sq.m each and removing from site by the contractor at his own expense complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated anodised aluminium ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar including stainless steel wire cloth of 0.63 mm nominal dia and average aperature 1.4 mm, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc.and fixed to stone masonry wall including demolition of RCC jali ventilators complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated aluminium sliding windows having three Nos of tracks including one wire glazed shutter for mosquito proofing with stainless steel wire cloth of 0.63 mm nominal dia and average aperature 1.4 mm and two Nos glass shutters with 4 mm thick coloured glass and aluminium section weight n.less than 0.55 kg/RM including necessary cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws, suitable handles, locking arrangement and fixed to stone/ brick/ block masonary wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajja and parapet walls by removing all the lose material from the top and side of the chajja including form work by means of light hammering and chiselling remove loose concrete cover only and cleaning all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination, carrying out antirusting treatment to the reinforcement followed by application of two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilites Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet apply a 10mm thick dash coat of cement plaster mixed with incluidng supply of waterproofing compound, final finishing of the surfaces and providing proper slope with 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) finished even and smooth using extra cement including aupply and mixing of waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing shown on Page No. 160 of SSR 2010 part II. complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing 30mm thick FACTORY MADE MOULDED DOOR SHUTTER ‐ WOOD FREE consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 25mm x 25mm for stiles, top and bottom rails. M. S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers. The inner panel shall consist of 25mm thick EPS of Density 23 Kg /Cbm. bonded with 2mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire resistant moulded PVC Sheet Manufactured by an ISO‐9001‐2015 certified company, with 2, 4, 6 raised panel design in different plain and / or prelam colours after routing the Moulded design on one side & 5 mm plain and /or prelam PVC sheet on other side of the EPS. Supply and fix PVC (SWR) bends, type 'B, any radius 75 mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 100 mm but hinges, medium weight,stainless steel complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium handles 150 mm cast type anodised complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt 200mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 1.00 mm thick plain galvanised, mild steel sheeting, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 fixed with self tapping /coach screws as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs to swimming pool (column, beams, staircase, diving baord,and connected items) as specified under:- (a) Material and labour for cleaning the reinforced bars of bracing beams with ample of water and applying two coats of ZINC RICH coat on bars followed by application of EPOXY bond on and around the repaired portion of the beam and repairing same with readymade repair micro concrete / repair mortar complete all as specified and as directed. (b) All as per Sl item No 47 above but for columns.

(c) Material and labour for making hole and fixing the metalic packer board of suitable size with bolts and fixing the same with two part strong epoxy anchor grout and sealer all as per manufracture's instructions and all as directed.

(d) Material and labour for anti-carbonation coat to the external part of the tank as per approved colour complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Buildcore chemicals or equivalent as approved by GE.

(e) Material and labour for application of two coats of PU based water proofing coat over the stairs complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :- Buildcore chemicals or equivalent as approved by GE

(f) Material and labour for two coats of white water proofing chemical (acrylic modified highly flexible water proof coating) application of hydrophobic injection at the base of fountain followed by and from inside the fountain whcih delivers water from inlet to the pool, the coating must be provied at right angles to each other after the previous coat is touch dry complete all as specified and directed. MAKE :- Buildcore chemicals or equivalent as approved by GE. NOTE FOR SL ITEM NO. 47 TO 50 :- The rate quoted is deemed to be included for Scaffolding, props as required and approach system to enable execution of all items of work as may be required of wooden or steel scaffolding complete with necessary support /propping system etc, complete arrangements for safe working and the ladder at all the corners of the scaffolding required for access to any level to carryout the repair works.
