NOTE (Applicable for all items) :- The bidders/contractors are advised to read tender document & all corrigendum / amendments and General conditions of contracts before entrying/quoting the rates.

Repair to LT ACB of capacity 800/1000 amps by disconnecting from the busbar and replacing all unserviceable parts of finger contact with male female set and wiring with new copper conductor cable of 2.5 sq mm . Replacing the U/S mechanical spring system , fixed and moving contacts, replacement of bearing of spring charge motor and rewinding of control transformer with super enameled copper wire of gauge and replacement of FRCD (free return charge device) all connected work including require at site for proper and smooth functioning of air circuit breaker all as specified and directed Make: L&T. Model CN CS 800 , CN CS 100 or equivalent model of make list as per Appx 'A'.

S & F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 400 Amps, 415 Volts , 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old and unserviceable one.

S & F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 250 Amps, 415 Volts , 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old and unserviceable one.

S & F in repair MCCB, 4 pole, 200 Amps, 415 Volts , 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old and unserviceable one.

All as per Sl Item No. 4 above but of capacity 100 Amps 4 pole, 25 KA.

M & L for cleaning of LT panels , and bus bar Chamber and replacement of burnt/damaged busbar of aluminium of existing size including disconnecting and taking down LT cable of any size , Re-fixing of same after carrying out the repair and replacement of cable lugs/thimble and replacement of locking arrangement/sliding bolts, knobs and rubber beading capacity including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint and writing the location (Incoming/outgoing) using white synthetic enamel paint as direted by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified

Supply only Amp meter Digital type 0-500 Amp Make- L & T Cat part No. WL131010OOOO or equivalent model of make list as per Appx 'A'.

Supply only LED phase indicaton lamp (RYB) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Current transformer of Ratio 100/5 to 250/5 Amps

Supply only Current transformer of Ratio 400/5 to 800/5 Amps

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable all as directed.

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as directed

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 300 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls/culverts and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers /GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing including re-laying cable (after necessary repair/jointing with new cable) the cable all as directed (New bricks/sand use for laying shall be paid separtly as per ground measurement)

All as per Sl Item No 20 here-in-before but of size 120 to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed

M & L Cutting of grass/bushes surounding the area of substation/out door type feeder pillar box /4 pole stracture and remove the deposited materials to a distance not more than 50 mtr sway from the site including cleaning the out side and inside of the sub station building and making the surface gradualy smooth and cleen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion / laying of 50/100 mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade of 80 mm dia for cable protection on pole/wall/floor/ or in trenches and drain etc complete with necessary clamp, nut, bolts and washers and socket and making good the disturbed surface of wall , floor or roof etc all as specified and directed,

M&L for prepration of old painted surface of LT panel board /Bus Bar boxes etc and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over of one coat of redoxide primer at LC-III area complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and replace door of out door LT pannel made out of CRCA Sheet 3.15mm thick bend on side to match the existing door duly powder coated and with new hinges -2 nos to suit any size / shap of pannel including welding/cuttinng etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Supply and erecting in replacement of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at topand 102mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 including taking down old us pole complete all as specified and directed. Make : Calcutta poles/Nilachal or or equivalent model of make list as per Appx 'A'.

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in pole coping complete all as specified

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of pole complete all as specified

M& L for cement concrete PCC(1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in mass filling of pole complete all as specified

S & F in replacement of switch for LT panel type FN 250 A TPN , 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ including taking down old switch and connecting cable with suitable lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - L&T Cat Part No SK956420000 or equivalent in Havells/Indoasian/Crompton

S & F in replacement of HRC fuse for LT panel type HN 250 A size 1, SF942330000, 4 pole, 415 Volts, 50 HZ including taking down old fuse and connecting cable with suitable lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make - L&T Cat Part No1, SF942330000 or equivalent in Havells/Indoasian/Crompton

M& L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate eletcrode of size 60x60cm x 6.0 mm thick electrode as buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32mm x 6mm thick by means of bolts nuts,check nuts and washers at complete etc all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR part-1 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC(1:3:6) type CI cast iron frame 50mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1½ :3) nominal mix cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia mild steel bar including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50mtr and funnel with watering pipe wire mesh GI protection pipe 40mm bore including testing complete including taking out old us earthing material all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note - Earthing lead and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 mtr shall be measured and paid deparately)
