Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete for Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).

Providing Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied@ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm).

Painting (one or more coats) with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-VIII ( Footpath). Earth work in surface excavation n exe 30 cm in depth but exe 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan incl disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed for all inds soil.

Providing and laying 100 mm thick compacted bed of stone aggregate of 63mm to 45mm thick nominal size incl spreading well ramming consolidating and grouting with sand, incl finishing smooth etc complete as per direction by EIC.

Cement concrete pavement with 1:3:6, 40 mm grade aggregate incl finishing complete.

Chequerred precast cement conc tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with dark shade pigments to match the shade of tiles, incl rubbish and cleaning etc complete on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4.

Centering and shuttering incl strutting, propping etc and removal of form work.

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-VIII (Security Fencing). Clearing jungle uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and sapling of grith upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming watering etc, disposal of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50m and lift upto 1.5 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Supplying a site angle iron post & struct of required size including bottom to be split and bent at right angle in opposite direction for 10 cm length and drilling holes upto 10 mm dia etc complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work.

Providing and fixing GI chain link fabric fencing made of GI wire of dia 4 mm in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengtheining with 4 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the directions of EIC.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven woth horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with GI staples turn buckles etc complete (Cost of posts, structs, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately).
