INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Material & Labour in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thickness burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and incl galvanised earth lead wire of 4.00mm dia by means of nuts & bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised incl PCC pit of 1:2:4 type B-1, cover reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle, earth pit angle iron frame of size 25mm x 25mm, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal dust, salt, light grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire -mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe of 15mm bore from top edge of earth plate upto main distribution board complete all to as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 (Part I) connected main switch board all as specified and testing on completion.

Supply and fixing of 1×1000W HPSV, weatherproof, manual operated 360 degree rotatable as well Each as with 45 degree tilting arrangement, sealed with range of minimum 700 m, carbon aluminium alloy body, mirror back glass reflector with SS side reflector, toughened front clear glass scaled with neoprene gasket, fireproof ceramic lamp holder, control gear, locking arrangement, lamp holder, etc. along with under deck control arrangement. Search light shall be fitted on roof of the watch tower at a height of 1 meter and suitable length of operating handle shall be provided for easy operation from the watch tower cabin below the roof. Gunmetal bushes, SS hardware shall be used. Metal parts shall be powder coated. The search light shall be suitable for outdoor installation with IP:65 degree of protection and type tested by NABL approved Govt. Testing Laboratory as per relevant IS (similar to Kalin Cat No. RSL-LRF 40SS 100 or Aska, Kablite, Hariom, Lotus, SDS)

SEWAGE DISPOSAL M & L for SFRC manhole cover and frame (Heavy duty, 20 MT grade designation) 560mm internal diameter conforming to IS 12592 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, Vent shaft, connection etc., complete for 30 Users conventional type complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Soakage wells of effective depth 1.80mx 3.00m; excavation, in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats of size complete all as specified & directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION S & F Octagonal Steel poles 9m height 130x70mm 225x210x130 plate complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F single arm bracket 750mm for Octagonal Steel poles 9m height complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1.5 sqmm 3 core round cable for street light for each pole complete all as specified and as directed.

COMPOUND WALL AND FENCING M&L Reinforcement cement concrete (M-30) in design mix precast columns, posts, stairing terminal posts etc.. including all necessary reinforcement & shuttering as shown in drawing complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with required dia 600 mm upto 4m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm. with tape (0.52 mm thick) of Supreme make or equivalent and weight 43.478gm/ metre ,complete all as specified & directed.

M&L nonshrink, high strength, free flowing and self levelling, non metallic, chloride free cementitous grout between two precast RCC wall panel of 80 mm thick . The grout shall have expansion of 0.8% to 1.5% and density of 1800kg/m3 and shall attain 500kg/cm2 compressive strength at 28 days.water cement powder ratio shall not be more than 0.17 and shall have flowable index of 0.19 as shown in drawing.

Providing and fixing Hilti/fisher bolt 10 mm dia x 100 mm to fix the angle frame/Ms Plate over precast RCC wall panel complete all as shown on drawing and all as specified and as directed.

M&L 24mm dia grade 8.8 U Bolt having overall length 1.25 mtr.with hot dip galvanized corrosive protection including bolt grouting with non shnrink compound, as shown on drawing with nut washer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for filling empty cement bags with sand for coffer dam to execute the foundation work along with the boundary wall across the river including sewing and laying under water in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for shifting of sand bags for another site including transportation laying in layer by layer etc for coffer dam purpose complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part- XII) amount of Rs 32,65,390.50 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
