Sub-Head-1(Maintenance of EI)

MOEI & Fans, compound lights, sub-station and operation of pumps i/c day to day attending the complaints for the maintenance of light points, fan points, exhaust fan point, call bell point, light plugs, power plugs, circuit wiring, and flood light i/c LT Panel, DBs main boards and other electrical installation in the building i/c Sundays & Holidays by providing following staff and as per terms & conditions & shift will be decided by the Engineer in charge and as per site requiement.

SH-II (Comprehensive maintenance of RO)

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 4 Nos. Eureka Forbes RO System 50 LPH capacity connected with water coolers i/c three mandatory services in a month (cleaning of All Filters), repair/ replacement of all electrical and electronic spare parts and one time replacement of consumables once in a year like Particulate Filter 20”(2 x 10”), Sediment Filter 20” (2 x 10”), Pre Carbon Filter 20” and Post Carbon Filter 20” (Except TFC Membranes), attending complaints within 24 working hours with complete overhauling and servicing etc. as required. Dismantle shall retained by the contractor.Total Machines at various Locations: (4 Nos for 12 months)

Supply & Replacement of TFC RO Membrane 75 GPD i/c testing, commissioning etc. as required (Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.

Supplying and Charging of Refrigerant Gas in the Water Coolers after pressure testing leak detection and rectifying the brakage (if any) testing and commissioning complete as reqd.

Supply and replacement of 10" Particulate/Sediment Filter Eureka Forbes make i/c Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd. at site. Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.

Supply and replacement of 20" or 2 x 10" Particulate/Sediment Filter Eureka Forbes make i/c Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd. at site. Dismantle shall be retained by the contractor.

Supply and replacement of separately installed 20" Bowl for Pre filter Eureka Forbes make Leak testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd at site.dismantle shall retained by the contractor.

SH- III (Supply of material)

Following material /electrical accessories shall be supply by agency and fixing will be done by the existing man power for replacement on day to day maintenance works etc as required. (Labour already included in Item No. 1 o Sub Head - I : EI & FANS )

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS/HFFR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed steel conduit as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Borewell Submersible Pump set of following capacity suitable for working on 3 phase,415 volts A.C. supply 50 Hz i/c lowering in the sump well with the help of chain pulley block and tripod stand, connecting with existing delivering pipe lines, connections etc complete as reqd.

Lowering of 3/5/7.5/10 H.P. Submersible/ Mono-submersible pump/Sewage Submersible pump /sets in the underground tank or Borewell along with existing GI Pipe submersible cable etc. With the help of tri-port and chain pully block including P/F nub bolts, rubber packing, including testing, commissioning etc as required.
