The layer of the membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints properly. The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 75mm and 100mm respectively with center layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm including cutting grooves (50mm x 50mm) in parapet and inserting edges of membrane and mending grooves damage by cement mortar (1:4) and shall be finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 25 cm x 25cm x 22mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 over ,complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Note:- Water Proofing Compund shall be measured and paid seperatly as supply only.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc ,complete all as specified and directed.
