Earthwork excavation over areas in all soils except soft and hard rock and disposing off & levelling the soil within a distance of 50 metre etc. as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Lead charges of all soils to anywhere in RR CAT premises, by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking/levelling etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The rate in respect of item is applicable for the net quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from corresponding stack/truck measurements.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using graded stone aggregate 40 mm max. size including consolidating, finishing, curing etc. complete excluding formwork as per specifications.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar at all levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete,as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement plastering to external surfaces of walls at all heights, 15mm thick, with cement mortar 1:4 over brick walls or concrete surfaces, including finishing smooth with neat cement, hacking the concrete surfaces, double scaffolding wherever necessary, curing etc. complete,as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick concrete interlocking rubber moulded paver tiles having compressive strength of 350 Kg/Sq.cm of Parex prefab, Alankar make as per IS : 15658 in the desired shape including filling of joints with sand, levelling to required profile etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: The test report of paver tiles have to be sumitted by the contractor.

Providing & fixing in position readymade precast cement concrete 1:2:4 Kerb Stone 80mm thick of approved design & pattern of size 300mmx350mm & having a min. compressive strength of 350 Kg/sqcm, including the cost of excavation, necessary 1:2:4 cement concrete for embedment of kerb stone, necessary formwork if required etc. as per specification, close jointed & pointed with neat cement paste including finishing the surface smooth, curing etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and placing in position REIN-FORCEMENT using TMT BARS of brand New Sardar ( Rajuri ), Kesar gold, Magnum, Goel , Moira having minimum yield strength of Fe 500 conforming to IS 1786, for reinforced cement concrete work at all levels, including cutting, bending, fixing, tying in position with 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, with chairs, legs, supports etc. complete including cost of transporting the bars from factory to required location at work site, cost of 1.6 mm dia. soft drawn annealed binding wire, watch & ward, insurance etc complete all as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall furnish the challans & valid test report issued by the manufacturer pertaining to elongation, yield strength, Bend re-bend test etc.

Providing, centering and shuttering in Foundations, footings, base of columns & columns, wall, plinth beams, roof beams, roof slab, flooring, machine foundations, bed blocks, window cills, copings and mass concrete using timber planks/steel plates including strutting and propping etc. at all heights and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and in plain concrete work,after removal of the formwork the concrete surfaces shall be cleaned for any laitance, cement slurry etc. and wherever required shall be finished with rich cement mortar as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

REINFORCED cement concrete in foundations, footing, raft, wall,window sills, base of columns & flooring etc. at all levels in M-20 grade using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm max size including machine mixing, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., complete at all height as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge but excluding shuttering, formwork and steel reinforcement.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in superstructure at all level including double scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Half Brick masonry using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in C.M. 1:4 at all levels, including curing raking out joints etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Half Brick masonry using table moulded chimney bricks having a compressive strength not less than 40kg/cm² in partition walls in C.M. 1:4 at all levels, with stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (100mm x 100mm) size at every 900mm height including double scaffolding, raking out joints, form work for stiffeners, curing etc. complete. Note : Reinforcement will be measured & paid for separately under relevant item.

Providing & laying separation membrane of impermeable plasticsheeting of 125 micron thick (0.84 g/sqm) above WBM / sub-base / floor filling including cutting wherever necessary complete as per drawing, MORTH specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in all positions at all levels Ready Mixed Concrete of grade M25, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in Transit mixer for all lead having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per approved mix design for REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE work including pumping of R.M.C. from Transit mixer to site of laying, finishing etc. but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Minimum cement content shall not be less than 387 Kg/cum of concrete.

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC spun pipes (Class NP2) of IS : 458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at all depths including cutting to length, jointing with hemp yarn and C.M. 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, testing etc. as per drawings, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos sheet roofing along with ridges, hype, valleys and gutters including scaffolding and stacking the materials within 50 metres lead etc. All complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing roof sheeting in two layers at all heights, 0.5 mm thick TCT colour coated fully screwless Galvalume sheets joined to be double lock standing seam with 52 mm depth & 350-550 mm pitch or equivalent size of make 'Lloyd/Multicolor/JSW/ Bhushan make in top & 0.50 thick color coated multi ribbed linear panels at bottom of roof including all overlaps, mitring and expandable S.S. clips with HAT section @ 1.20 M c/c or spacing of existing purlin to join the sheets to purlin as per manufacturers code of practice. Base material for both the sheet shall be Galvalume panels and have a minimum yield strength of 340 Mpa and shall conform to the physical specifications of ASTM A 446(Grade D)/ ASTM A 755(Grade 50) / A653 (Grade 50)with Galvalume coating conforming to ASTM A 792- AZ 150 ( 150 gm. Per sqm.). bottom, ridge, S.S. end flashing, E.T.P. closures

Providing, fabricating, cutting, erecting, and fixing in position structural steel works of any shape using M.S. plain & chequered plates, at all levels including welding, painting with two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of approved steel primer and transporting etc. All complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (The welding weights shall not be measured for payments but cost of same shall be included in the rate.)

Structural steel RHS, SHS, Hollow sections, channels and ISMB upto and inclusive of 300mm, joists upto and inclusive of 350mm, angles, flats and tees.

M.S. plain & chequered plates

Labour charge only for fabricating structural steel work including plates at all levels including handling, transportation, cutting to required size,fabricating, welding as required, fixing in position, cost of electrodes, gas, necessary scaffolding, painting with a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement based water proofing treatment of new terraces, chajjas and water gutter etc. cleaning the concrete surfaces, giving injections to the top slab as required with cement and approved water proofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids honeycombs etc. in the concrete slab, setting brick bat coba in waterproof mortar 1:3 with necessary gradient for easy flow of water and continue the treatment along the inner faces of parapet or other adjoining wall upto a height of 300mm in the shape of vatas finally treating the top surface and vatas, with waterproof plaster with cement mortor 1:3 and finished smooth with geru finish, finished with false marking of 300 mm squares. The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days etc. complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- 1). If due to location of rainwater pipes, the thickness of treatment exceeds 110mm, for easy flow of water provision is to be made of extra brick bat coba in cum. as under relevant item.

2). The waterproofing treatment is to be Guaranteed for bone dry condition for a period of 10 YEARS

3). The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace/chajjas covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace/chajjas. 4). The amount @ 10% of the item shall be withheld by the department for a period of 10 years from the date of completion.

110 mm thick average thickness with cement finish

Providing & Fixing at all heights, Supersil make Galvanized steel Clip in Tile Plain/ Perforated False Ceiling module of 600 mm x 600 mm. with square edged Panels made out of 0.5mm thick perforated sheet having perforations of 2 mm dia at 7 mm c/c in diagonally/2.5 mm dia 5 mm c/c in square pattern Galvanized steel panel size of 600mm x 600 mm manufactured by Supersil and Pre treated/powder coated panel shall be oven baked through conversion coating, priming and finish coat ensuring superior adhesion & painted on both sides, inside surface with primer of 5 microns and exposed surface to have 20 microns in pre painted sheet/ in powder coating or perforated panel shall be 50 microns approved colour powder coated only in exposed surface.

The panel end shall be raised upward by 31mm and snapped in to the carrier. The main carrier shall be of size 0.45 mm thick , 25mm height and 3000mm length. The GI hold angle 1.15 mm thick of size 95mmx12mm, pressure clip 1.20mm thick 35mmx 30mm, top and Bottom of 4mm dia GS rod shall be round. The top end shall be screwed to slab/ roof and bottom shall be fixed with screw to hold on angle. All complete as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repainting of old painted steel surfaces with two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make including preparing the surfaces, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering, filling with full wall putty, scaffolding and cleaning etc at all height complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling the Mosaic/white glazed/Ceramic/Vitrified tiles /Kotah stone etc. in flooring/dado/skirting etc. including dismantling of bedding mortar, stacking of materials and disposing of debris within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Demolishing plain cement concrete works by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials within 50 metres lead etc. complete.

Taking out doors, windows and clearstorey windows, shutters (steel or wood) of area 3sqm & below, including stacking within 50m lead etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PVC door of M/s. Sintex or equivalent make including frame with shutter (with 1mm wall thickness shutter) consisting of 200mmx20mm Sintex PVC strap (SPUF 101) of approved colour & thickness, aluminium 'A' section for side, top & bottom rails, 'H' section in the middle including supplying & fixing suitable aluminium fittings & fixtures, cutting, assembling, fabricating & fixing with all specials, self tapping screws all as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying Non Slippery Ceramic tile flooring/dado using 6mm thick matt finished ceramic tiles of sizes as mentioned below, 1st quality (SPARTEK/ NITCO/BELL/ KAJARIA/EURO/SOMANI) over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:3 bedding, close jointed and pointed with matching cement slurry using white cement pigment mixed with, finished to levels slope or plumb as required including cutting of tiles, curing, acid washing etc. complete

Providing & fixing in position heavy pattern screw down gun metal GATE VALVES confirming to IS : 778 with hand wheel at top, including testing for 10kg/cm² pressure with clean & potable water with a minimum testing duration of two hours etc. complete.

P/F PVC rigid pipes of class B of Supreme or Astral make for waste water, sewage, acids etc. including all PVC plain & brass threaded fittings, jointing with durable solvent, testing the pipes etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
