Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, laying of cable/pipe etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Stacked hard rock shall be measured by deducting 50% quantity for voids for hard rock, remaining quantity will be considered of soft/disintegrated rock. (ii) Hard rock obtained shall be issued under Schedule of credit, which shall not be allowed for uses in work.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soft/ disintegrated rock complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material soft/ disintegrated rock to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground PVC/XLPE cable with tibba sand and punning to provide required cover complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Punned thickness of sand cushioning shall only measured).

Supplying and laying Jodhpur stone quarry faced stone slab cover 25 to 30 cm in width, 50 to 60 cm long and 40 to 50 mm thick, laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over under ground cables for protection complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing MCCB 4 Pole 63 Amps, breaking capacity 16 KA, thermal & magnetic adjustable type, 415 volts with extended copper terminals including taking out existing UNSV / burnt MCCB complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: ICS = ICU 100%).

Material and labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / hard standing to size not exceeding 45cm wide and depth not less than 45cm for passing of UG cable through GI pipe and making good the disturbed surface filled with excavated material and top 200mm depth with plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F steel water tubing 50 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc and including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel water tubing 80 mm bore, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors in trench on pole for protection of cable etc and including taking down existing pipe of any description complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F LT cable route indicator made out of cast iron plate of 150 mm dia 4 mm thick having embosed wiriting LT cable fixed on MS angle iron 30x30x5 mm of 900 mm long with two nuts, bolts and grouting 500 mm length under ground and splitted and bent to shape and embedded in ground with PCC (15 cmx 15cm x 15 cm including taking down existing cable route indicator of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bore earthing not less than 200 mm dia 300 feet deep filled with black soil up to 50 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 100 mm bore medium grade 6 meter long flanged at bottom & boltted/nuts & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at centre to centre up to upto 250 feet complete length, burried directly in ground filled with 10 mtr alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate & salt up to ground level duly clamped on ground connected to galvanized iron strip 50x6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and brazing/welding, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 100mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection and testing on completion upto trnasformer neutral complete with funnel, earthing chamber and earthing lid cover and including taking down existing earthing of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM No. 25.00 [i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 100M [ii]. PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm round bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways. [iii]. Main earthing strip from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr. [iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs and charcoal & salt as reqd. [v]. M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphprous bronze size 75x75x25mm, dirrled and screwed including 3 Nos , 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw and including taking down existing test point terminal block complete all as spcified and directed by Engr-in -Charge.

M&L Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Preparation of the old decorated existing external and internal steel surfaces fo feeder pillar boxes/panels boards of size 650x450x250mm and in any position including removal of disintegrated & deteriorated paint either by hand scrpping or by blow stopping as required and applying tow coats of synthetic enameled paint (grey in colour) with using spray machine on old prepared surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling, taking down and removing the old existing unsv non-functional/broken hinges of any description and in any postiion of existing feeder piller boxes/panel boards/feeder pillar boxes etc and supplying and fixing new cold rolled 100mm long medium weight mild steel butt hinges in position with necessary spot welding etc including making necessary adjustment for free and smooth movement of panel and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note : All Hinges fixed in one panel will be considered under one job only).

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. M, getting out returing, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts and struts in facing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips Fe-410 -W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing Mild steel screw boltss (machine made) 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Fixing only chain link fencing, steel round bars for protection will measured and paid separately.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Supply only chain link fencing will measured and paid separately.

M&L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and application of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, 300mm long mild steel sliding door bolts plate type, stove enameled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, 100mm size, butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled mild steel including necessary welding if required all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply fabricate, fixing structural mild steel RS joist, channel angle iron, flate iron and brackets etc for fabrication of cross arms, bracing supports clamps including D clapms, eye hook and back plate etc fabricated from structural steel section inclduing nuts, bolts,washers, welding (Cold and Hot) drilling holes for bolts, bend to any shape or size as indicated and directed, inclusive of one primer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Concrete electric pole of any size by removing all dirt, dust,etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of apex exterior , synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos), including painting the cross arms/bracing support on poles with a coat of aluminium paint, silver colour aluminium paint with coating of primer and writing of identification Nos with proper stencil cut etc as per directions by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT Steel tubular pole of any length by removing all dirt, dust,etc and painting complete surface up to pole top including connected accessories with dual coat of apex exterior , synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer of approved colour of black and white strip 30 cm height (Total 5 Nos) & rest of the height of the pole is in silver colour aluminium paint, including bracing support on poles and writing of identification Nos with proper stencil cut etc as per directions by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition the existing broken/ D-shaped PCC and M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for damaged coping, encasing around of pole/two & for pole structure including necessary form work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for finding cable fault with electronic fault detector in LT UG cable of size 25 to 300 Sqmm complete including earthwork and jointing cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for stay assembly comprising of 16 mm dia, 1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15 mm GI stay wire stranded and 230 mm x 230 mm x 6 mm thick stay plate ,complete all as shown on electric plate No.1 of SSR part-I 2009 with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop insulators, stay clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation & PCC paid separately.

Labour only for Horizontal Boring by Passing Protection Pipe up to 80mm Bore (dia), under Road /Foot Path, not exc. 10.00 mtr in a Single Length, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Pipe to be measured separately.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly pole including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade stone aggregate in foundation of two /four poles structuree/struts etc including necessary form work all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
