Raking out existing filling from contraction/construction joints of runway/taxi track & dispersal area, 20 to 25mm deep and 10mm to 15mm wide including scrubbing of joint with diamond cutter to remove sticked sealing compound from sides of joints in totality and removal of rubbish, out off premises. Cleaning the surface of joint with brush and finally fanning with compressed air to make the joints free from all loose material (i.e. dirt/dust etc) and making good to true line and applying primer N-49 of BOSTIK or equivalent to sides & bottoms of joints and filling the joints with polyurethane material SEAL 'N' FLEX of BOSTIK or equivalent all as per manufacture's instructions, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grass/vegetation/hedges/bushes and wild growth of any type/size/height with the help of mechanical means, including making shoulder clean upto 1200 mm wide and removal of vegetation to a distance exc 250m but n.exc 500m and depositing in low lying area, etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate is for cutting vegetation one time only.

M&L for preparation of existing concrete/bituminous surfaces and applying on one coat of water thinable paint in Helipads/ Circles exc 15cm in width and girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic road marking paint not less than 2mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters width and girth as directed by Engr-in-charge, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gm/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of existing concrete/ bituminous surface of helipad/taxi track and applying one coat of water thinable road marking paints white or golden yellow colour in lines, dashes, arrows & letters width and girth as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" 10 mm thick toughened sheet glass, good quality at ATC Tower Dome fixed to existing/new aluminium frame with and including necessary aluminium channel/beading/rubber beading in square area exc 0.5 square metre in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" Valley Gutters, Rain water Pipes using 1.00 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting with grade of zinc coating 275 using riveting/ welding as required on site (length and girth as directed) for collection and disposal of rain water of Hangar portion and fixed on roof of Annexe portion total maximum height upto 15 M from Ground Level, member fixed horizontally and vertically with cladding sheet of hangar Bldg with the help of iron work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Steel other than 1.00mm thick sheet shall be measured and paid separately under item No. 24).

S&F 60 mm thick, M-35 grade, coloured (red/yellow) glossy finish, machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block, with grey cement and pigment, any shape and size laid dry over and including 50 mm thick screened river washed sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving, laid in slope finished even and fair incl making joints at every 2.5 m and at corner filled with bitumen 85/25 and sand in ratio 1:2 by weight including demolition of existing cement concrete plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size n. exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Aluminium door shutter of any description and fixed in the same opening after necessary repair such as easing and adjustment, fixing of tower bolt, handles, glass, door closer, Floor Spring and sliding bolt, rubber neoprene packing and joining cleats and strips whichever reqd at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (Glass, door closer, Floor Spring and sliding bolt shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Schedule 'A'/BoQ).

S&F 300mm long aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded section and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded setion or cast aluminium alloy, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed complete all specified and directed.

S&F "as in repair" false ceiling of 9.5 mm thick gypsum tiles (600x600mm) laminated with PVC film on the face side & metalised polyester film on the back side with all four edges sealed with PVC film (shade either plain white or crack) fixed using T grid/Cross-T/Wall angle/level clip & suspenders/Hangers 4 mm dia. G.I. wire (upto1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabes/trusses complete all as specified standard galvanised sections in a grid size of 600x600mm complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick coloured/printed solid PVC sheet as in wall panelling/lining for fixing on Brick masonry wall and solid PVC partitions inclusive of 5mm thick and 35 mm wide PVC beading fixed with machine screw with a vertical spacing of 300 mm and horizontal spacing of 900mm c/c at site incl demolition of existing lining of any description complete all as specified and directed.
