CIVIL WORK

Drilling of bore well of 150 mm dia including transportation from the place with in the above district in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of ckay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc by first taking pilot of 140mm/150mm/200mm dia and the enlarging to required dia by direct or revise rotary mud circulation method using contractor’s rig fuel labour drilling betonies mud and water required for the drilling at the site shown by the departmental officers. Upto 0m to 60M depth

From 60m to 90M depth

Reaming from 150mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the departmental officers Upto 60M depth ending below ground level.

Upto 60m to 90M depth ending below ground level

Charges for developing the bore well for entire depth with suitable air compressor of 300RPM capacity (minium 8 hrs) including the transportation labour and fuel charges for compressor and directed by the departmental officers and conducting yield test by "V" notch methods, excluding the cost of bore charges and conveyance charges of handle boring.

Labour charges for the erecting of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days

Labour charges for inserting 165/168 mm dia PVC casing pipe assembly (with slot or without slot) in the drilled hole including jointing the pipes with PVC coupler and cement paste etc.,, complete supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles of size and quality including conveyance is approved by the departmental officers.

Supplying and delivery of unplasticised PVC casing pipe of 160mm dia in 3M length each as per ISI 12818 / 1982 to suit deep bore from 80M to 250M depth for delivery at site including loading and unloading, frieght, transit insurance etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing PVC bore well end cap of size 165/168mm dia etc., complete.

Supply of 4 Sq.mm /PVC insulated and sheathed, 3 core flat type copper cable for submersible motor. Confirming to IS 694 / 1990 for submersible pumpset erection in the filtration well etc., complete.

Supply and fixing the 40mm dia HDPE hose in bore to connect the submers bopre etc., complete

Supply and fixing Nylon Rope to connect the submersible motor in borewell etc., complete.

Supplying and Erection of 3 H.P submersible pumpset confirming to IS-14220 with ISI mark 75x75 LPM X mts Suitable for 150mm bore well complete complying with standard specification including suitable 3-phase panel board with DOL with two level guard starter and accessories and labour charges for erection of submersible pump set in bore well including fixing and jointing the submersible cable(but excluding cost of 4sqmm -3core copper cable) with proper clamps,pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of panel board consisting of JPICN switch starter, voltmeter, ammeter, 3pilot(indicating) lamps capacitor,single phase preventometer,water level guard and laying and jointing the cable and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing pump set on trail run for 3days etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase motor paneled board arrangements with 0 to 20 Amps Ammeter 0 to 600 Volts Voltmeter with necessary switches indicator lamp, starter including etc., complete

Supplying laying and jointing 32 mm dia PVC pipes (having working pressure 10 kg/sq.cm) of approved quality and best variety conforming to BIS of the following dia including cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials using PVC adhesives(but excluding cost of such specials) and fixing into wall with teak wood plugs, PVC, clamps and screws making holes on the wall (or) drilling holes in the roof and making good the dismantled portion to original condition with necessary brick work / cement concrete and plastering neatly wherever necessary with necessary scaffolding charges upto 4 metre height above ground level etc., complete complying with standard specifications. The PVC pipes shall be got approved by Executive Engineer before us on works.
