Improvement of Hatibari Biramitrapur Raiboga Salangabahal road (Hatibari Biramitrapur) from 0.0 to 12.924km in the District of Sundargarh for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting, trimming bottom & side slopes and transporting to the embankment locations upto 1000m lead with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 301 & 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and foundation excavation of CD & structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, compacted at OMC to achieve minimum dry density conforming to Table 300-2 with cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing, filling clean sand of approved quality in foundation trenches of structures as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900, 2100, Clause 304 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Granular Sub-Base by providing LD Slag material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers on well prepared surface & compacting to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

.Providing Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 502 and section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing Tack coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared bituminous surface with rapid setting bitumen emulsion (Grade R.S.-1), spreading @ 0.20kg / sqm using mechanical means including cost, conveyance of bitumen emulsion & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Section 900 Technical Specifications and Clause -501 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
