With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.

Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Cleaning of reinforcement from rust from the reinforcing bars to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Bars upto 12 mm diameter

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/Sqmm2).

25 mm average thickness in 2 layers. Cleaning of over head tank/under ground sump by following method :

Cleaning of over head tank/under ground sump by following method : (1) Empting the tank/sump and make it near to dry (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly @ 150gms /1000 Ltrs. to the inside surface and wait for one hour (3) After one hour clean the surface perfectly by removing the scaling on the walls with rotary jet mechanism (4) Removing mud, silt, sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump (5) Spraying anti bacterial agent on walls to kill harmful bacterial agent on walls to kill the harmful bacteria complete all as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).

Repairs to existing wooden door frame and shutter by cutting to required size, replacing damaged styles/rails/panels as per requirement, fixing of old good fittings and refixing of repaired door shutters and frame in existing position including replacement of hinges,clamps with screws, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(New wooden members fixed if any, shall be paid extra).

Repairs to Aluminium doors or windows by removing and attending repairs including using necessary screws, nails,pivots and other accessories required for smooth functioning of door/ window etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in - charge.

Cleaning of drainage manholes and sewer lines by removing the deposited and other rubbish from the manholes and cleaning the sewer lines by rodding and flushing with water as directed by the Engineer -in- charge. (Rate per One manhole and sewer line to next manhole)

Providing and fixing covers for PVC water storage tanks with necessary MS / PVC clamps

For 1000 litres capacity tanks

Repair to existing damaged APP membrane provided on the terrace slab. Also refixing in position the peeled off membrane etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cutting and uprooting trees grown over terrace/parapet wall/head room on out side surface of TE building by making necessary scaffolding, taking all care for safety of work personnel and applying chemicals to curb further growth including making good the damages to structures with cement concrete 1:2:4 as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning terrace of departmental buildings upto floor V level including mumty, rain water mouths etc. and disposal of rubbish in municipal dumpling area within a lead of 100 meter. (a) Terrace area upto 150Sqm

Cleaning of floor / wall tiles in bath rooms, WCs and wash area etc using detergent, acid etc., complete as directed.

For toilets of area upto 5.00 Sqm

Credit for taking away recovered rolling shutter/steel reinforcement / Mild steel bars (unserviceable) in available diameters and avaialable lengths and shape.
