Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to ve specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgendy , bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer -in-charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and joining with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. Providing and fixing pressed steel door frames conforming to IS : 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.60 mm thickness, including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25 mm , or base tiles of 1.60 mm pressed, mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means , including M.S. pressed butt hinges 2.5 mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike -plate and shock absorbers as sopecified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge : Fixed with adjustable lungs with spit end tail to each jamb.(Profile-B)

( Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) Second class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked M.S. pressed but hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. Second class deodar wood.
