SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ ROAD WORKS]

Repair to pot holes, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25 mm depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming, including supply of road metal/ aggregates, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bitumen primer @ 3.00Kg/10Sqm using cationic emulsion RS1 grade over black top surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of paving bitumen by weight of total mix using VG-30 grade bitumen, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled using power roller 8 to 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed. Note: The contractor's quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following element:- (i) In case of variation in the binder content as per approved design mix in comparison with the binder content as specified above, the variation in qty of binder content on lesser side shall be adjusted through supply only rate of Bitumen VG-30. However, variation on the upper side shall be carried out by the contractor without any price adjustment.

Surfaces dressing not exceeding 15cm deep as in berms including removal all as specified and as directed

Material and Labour for 75mm thick (spread Thickness) moorum/red bajri filling in road spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber as required complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like 10CM & exc 10CM wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of metal tubulardealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe of 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix in repairs road safety convex mirror made up of polycarbonate reflective and body made up of ABS/Fibber/Plastic of size 100cm dia fixed with clamps including (1No) MS pipe 75mm dia of length 2.4m duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including demolition of old mirror post and embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) of size 45cmX45cmX45cm including returning filling and removal of surplus material complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx 100mmx 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size all as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100 x 130 mm) and (125x125mm) of height 20mm with built in stem-nail 30mmx 50mm long for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, solar cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed
