M&L in repairs 33KV grade, composite disc insulator insulator of clevis/Tounge/socket or ball type spindle including nuts and bolts of size type as specified by the manufacturer conforming IS- 61109 including all galvanised steel disc fittings as required at site and removing of unserviceable insulators complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Jaipuria/Rashtriya Electrical/Denson or make approved in the state Electricity board

Disconnecting and taking down the worn out jumpers in 33 KV yard and supply and fix new Alluminium jumpers conductors of existing size and capacity cutting to adequate length of ACSR conductor panther complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing and overhaulling of 33KV breaker for the satisfactory electrical/ manual operation of all breakers in 33KV MRS DRDL complete all as directed.

M&L for servieing the GODs of 33 KV MRS DRDL/DMRL Yard by greasing the GOD terminals, testing for smooth functioning and no loose connections all as directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for PG Clamps of 33 KV MRS DRDL/DMRL yard for connection of Alluminium jumpers as per existing size and capacity all as directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for painting at 33KV MRS DRDL (30 JOB)/MRS DMRL (04 NOB) yard Group Bus Bar of colour Red, Yellow & Blue including removal of old painting with scrub papers using 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coats of enamel paint complete all as used with spray painting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium conductor steel reinforced any size in over head lines on HT poles including stretching the aluminium conductor and binding with binding wires of aluminium or aluminium tapes etc. Jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F (in repair) Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Material and labour for locating UG cable fault through high voltage UG cable testing van through TSSPDCL or any authorised service provider in HT cables of any size or distance complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Note : This complaint should be carried out within 24hours after getting the complaints by phone, or massage. failing which a penalty of Rs 2500 per day will be levieved.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick using soil complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point (Soils) complete all as directed.

Supply and spreading natural dry, clean river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as directed.

S&F unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat of size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Cable with Stranded Compacted Circular Aluminium Conductor, 11000Volts, UE, Conductor Screened with Extruded Semi-conducting compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with copper tape cores laid up, inner sheath of Thermoplastic tape, galvanised flat steel strip armoured and overall Extruded PVC Type ST-2 Outer Sheathed cable conforming to IS:7098/II/85 of size 185 sqmm, 3 core with appropriate lugs including taking down unserviceable cable complete all as directed.

Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 600x 600x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip earth lead of size 20 x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron, protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 50 mm dia and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm cc both ways, watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade GI, funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable any type of items all as specified and directed. Note : Copper strip and GI pipe 50 mm dia beyond 7.5 metres per earth will be measured and paid separately.

Ditto all as per item No: 20 above but using 32 x 6 mm galvanised MS strip earthing lead and MS galvanised plate of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm as earth electrode

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated location for loop earthing etc. as required of size 32x6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for XLPE Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm.

Note:-The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transformer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and connections.

Supply and fixing LV bushes complete with brass stud and nuts, check nuts, cups etc., complete for transformers of upto 5000 KVA, 33/11 KV and removing burnt out/unserviceable item complete all as specified directed. Dehydration and filtration of upto 5 MVA transformer 33/11 KVA, HT OCB oil indoor/outdoor/ isolation type at different location with centrifuging machine, manually operated and achieve BDV 60 KV including carrying out oil testing before and after the dehydration process for each OCB complete all as directed. Note : Required oil for top up will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule

Supply only topping up of transformer/OCB oil as per IS :335, break down voltage not less than 60 KV all as specified and directed. Make :- Power Oil/Electrol

Supply and Fixing Hi-Voltage Insulating Mat, Class C, W.V-33 KV (33000 Volts), ISI marked (Sq.M) HSN 39189090 all as specified and directed

-ditto- as above but insulating Mat of 11000 Volts grade, ISI Marked all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of SF6/VCB breaker tripping coil 24 VDC/110VDC all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F in repairs LED 210 watt flood light fiitting made up of pressure die cast housing with toughened glass and individual LEDs with street optics and IP 66 protection, 5700K including fixing to pole/wall with necessary nuts, bolts and washers complete all as directed. Make Havells/Philips/Cropmton/Wipro

Shifting the 33/11 KV transformer of upto 5000 KVA capacity and any make, out door from platform by opening HV/LV side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to work shop including transport charges and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HV/LV side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs.

Supply & Fix Gasket replacement for upto 5 MVA transformer (SRC RC 70C Grade)

M&L for GI tubing of 100 mm bore 'Light Grade' for protection of HT cable with all fixing accessories laid in trenches/walls including taking down unserviceable GI tube complete all as directed. Make:Jindal/Tata/Zenith

Cutting the road /hard standing to a size not exceeding 45 cm in width and not exceeding 75 cm in depth for laying / removal of LT/HT UG cable /protection pipe including making good so as to match with existing finishing with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) for 100mm thick on top including fair finishing complete all as directed.

M & L danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick Mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25 x 20cm size including taking down unserviceable danger notice plate complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pole 33kv group controller for SF6/VCB breaker,rated voltage 36kv, rated current 1250Amp, short circuit capacity 31.5KA 3 sec insulation level 70 KV/170 KVPK as per site requirement and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
