Earth work in excavation in tranches for foundation pipes cable etc ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavation earth as directed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 50 m. (As per S.l no.01,sch 251 of SOR)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone ballast aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing comlete, including cost of formwork in foundation.(As per S.l no.7,sch 281 of SOR)

R.C.C. work for slab with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4")gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 in lintel of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending the same with 24 B WG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc, and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc required for proper completion of works.(As per S.I no 10 Dsr 284 )

Mild steel or iron such as in all r.c.c. work including benefit for proper completion of work and including supply of all metarials and labour etc. complete in all.(As per S.l no.3,sch 504 of DSR)
