M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump of capacity 1.00 lakh gallons at jasai dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud from inside the sump, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (size of letter 5mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item no. 1 but capacity 50000 gallons

M&L cleaning of shallow wells of size 5 m dia and 30 m depth, cutting grass inside the well, removeing mud / silt settled in the bottom including painting of top cover of grill with two coats of rust proof synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on pump,motor,cast iron pipes installed at pump (as per MES colour code) inlet and outlet pipe, header, GI suction pipe, from sum bottom to pump ,including writing letter/figure 5mm thick and 4 cm in height with black paint over white base in capital letter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Subject matter for writing shall be provided by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying of 80 mm bore dia GI tubing, medium grade (ISI marked) galavanised with all fittings and fixed to walls / celing / laid in floor / fixed on PCC pillars suitable for pump suction pipe, connection, testing and commissioning, incld taking down / out of old u/s existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item no. 6.00 but Dia 100 mm bore

Supply and laying of 15 mm bore dia GI tubing, medium grade galavanised with all fittings and fixed to walls / celing / laid in floor suitable for pump suction pipe, connection, testing and commissioning, incld taking down / out of old u/s existing pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI flanges suitables for 100mm bore pipe eith bolt holes drilled at same oitchcircle dia as per existing model incld rubber joints GI nut & bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixng in replacement of fully automatic star Delta starter oil immersed type suitable for 7.50 HP pump set motor, relay range 7.5 to 11 Amp, 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz, with complete accessories. Make : MK 1 FASD cat no.SS96254 of L&T or its equivalent make of Siemens / C&S Electricals / Havells / Standard.

Supply and fixng in replacement of fully automatic star Delta starter oil immersed type suitable for 10 HP pump set motor, relay range 9 to 16 Amp, 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz, with complete accessories. Make : MK 1 FASD cat no.SS96257 of L&T or its equivalent make of Siemens / C&S Electricals / Havells / Standard.

Supply and fixng in replacement of fully automatic star Delta starter oil immersed type suitable for 15 HP pump set motor, relay range 13 to 21 Amp, 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz, with complete accessories. Make : MK 1 FASD cat no.SS96259 of L&T or its equivalent make of Siemens / C&S Electricals / Havells / Standard.

Supply and fixng in replacement of fully automatic star Delta starter oil immersed type suitable for 20 HP pump set, 3 phase 415 volt, 50 Hz, relay range 20-32 Amps, with complete accessories. Make : MK 1 FASD cat no. SS 95892 of L&T or its equivalent make of Siemens / C&S Electricals / Havells / Standard.

S & F in replacement CI foot valve of size 100 mm bore for under ground sump suction CI/GI line including nipple of suitable size,connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of steel surfaces of valvesof size 80mm to 200mm (in any position) including scraping and removing old paint complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of bearing coolent pipe made out of best quality PVC with ferrule suitable for 15 to 40 HP pump motor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- Kirloskar / Mather platt.

Chemical analysis and testing of water sample through registered lab including collection of water from 8 Nos shallow wells and 04 Nos Sump located at Jassai as directed by Engineer-in-charge and submitting test report to department complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Inspection, checking of defect, repair / replacement of defective parts, sensor and maintenance of existing RO Plant of 9000 Litres capacities (Make: - ROCHEM) installed at 'D' Area of Jasai Mil stn as per maintenance manual of manufacturer to meet the required condition of water by back washing cleaning of membrane, cleaning of cartridge filter, servicing of chemical dozer, calibration of level indicator, cleaning of chemical Tank and all control valves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (a) The periodicity of visit is normally one month interval but in case of some emergency within 24 hours to be attended as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (b) Spare parts for replacement and chemical required for servicing of RO plant shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ, (c) The cost of replacement of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, screws, thimble lugs, gasket, rubber washer, wires etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (d) All tools, plant, equipment etc required for service shall be arranged by contractor at his own.
