Providing false ceiling works using 10/12 mm perforated gypsum board in panels using 6mm GI rod suspender ,GI coated 'T' and 'L' including all materials, lead,lift etc.,complete.

Supplying and fixing Aluminium (with powder coating of colour) Partition partly glazed and partly panelled with 8mm thick (2x4mm thick) ACP sheets and cooling glass 5mm thick using aluminum box section 63x38.4x2 mm x1.174 kg/m for verticals @ 955 mm c/c ( approx ) horizontals 4 Nos including cost of all materials, labour,lead, lift, etc. complete. etc. complete.

Supplying fabricating and fixing in position of Aluminium (with powder coating of colour) single leaf door patially glazed and partially using 8mm thick (2x4mm thick) ACP sheets and cooling glass 5mm thick using Aluminium box section 45mmx45mmx2mm for top, middle and sides 100x45x2mm for bottom approved quality motic lock, Al.handles at front & back , hydraulic door closers (Hardwyn make) door stopper etc, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift T&P etc complete.

Flooring with approved Double charged Vetrified tiles 600x600x8mm over cement mortar 1:3,12mm thick , pointing with white cement mixed with suitable colour including finishing the surface flush with tiles including cost of tiles, labour lead lifts etc., complete.

Removing the existing steel door and and refixing in new location, labour charges lead, lift etc complete.

Brick work in CM 1:4 using II - class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" including cost of all mterials, lead, lift etc, complete.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 12mm thick for C.B Slab / walls including cost of all materials, lead, lift, curing etc complete.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu.conductor of 1100 V grade in suitabe PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with switch box 5 A/6A Modular switches flush with wall for open PVC Light point/Fan point.

Wiring with 2x1.50 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed cu.cable of 1100 V grade in suitabe PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with switch box 6A Modular socket & switch flush with wall with continuous earth wire connection for PVC open PVC plug point.

Supply and fixing of 5A/15A, 3pin combined flush type Modular socket with 15A switches with continuous earth wire connection.

Supply and fixing of 20Amps DP plug & socket in sheet enclosures with 32A DPMCB in flush with wall with earth connection for AC plug (Legrand (MDS)/Hager(L&T) make.

Supply and fixing 18/20 W panel LED higher end philips/Havells/ Equivalent light with fitting with PVC unsheathed leads from terminals

Wiring with 2x4 sq.mm PVC unsheated copper cable of 1100 V grade in suitabe PVC rigid pipe in wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with switch box for 6A/16A - flush type non inter locking CS plug with continuous earth wire connection for open PVC Power plug point.

Supply and run of4X 6 sqmm (84/6.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu.conductor of 1100v grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with continuous earth wire connection with painting of suitable colour.

Supply and fixing vertical 8way 3phase Distribution Board with sheet metal door cover with IP42 protection fitted with bus bars and neutral links with 4ways for in comer MCB/Isolator, 4ways for in comer ELCB/RCCP and 24ways for outgoing fitted with 100A- 4pole Isolator -1No. , 63A-4pole Isolator - 1No., 25A- DPMCB -12Nos. with connections earth wire connection etc complete.Legrand (mos)/Hager(L&T)/ equivalent make

Supply and fixing 4way 3phase DB with sheet metal door cover with IP42 protection fitted with bus bars and Neutral links with 4ways for incomer MCB/ Isolator, 4 ways for ELCB and 12way for outgoing fitted with 63A-4pole Isolator - 1No.,40A-3 phase four pole ELCB/RCCB -1No, 20A DP MCB - 4Nos. with connections Legrand (MDS)/ Hager (L&T) or equivalent make. Supply and fixing wall mounted fan (High speed) of approved make.

Providing Earthing as per PWD standard with an earth Electrode of 2m class-B G.I pipe of dia not less than 32mm complete with necessary masonry work.

Providing and fixing high quality curtain cloths with M.Track channel and stitching charges etc, complete

Painting the inside walls and ceiling with two coats of best quality interior emulsion paint over a coat of interior primer on application of wall putty with all materials,labour etc., complete.

White washing the walls with shell lime including cost of all materials , labour charges etc, complete.
