Removing existing water proofing treatment and applying water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 Kg/sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15 cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 Kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/ primer @ 0.10 Kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/ parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt etc., as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate , 50 mm thickness, mixed with water proofing compound at the rate 3% by weight of cement ,over RCC roof slab as a padding/bedding/levelling course for water proofing treatment. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound at 3% by weight of cement over RCC slab, parapet and the like etc. finished fair and even . (Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item)

Supply only Integral waterproofing compound

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform / levelling course for water tank including necessary formwork finished the exposed concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement

Disconnecting existing PVC tanks of 500 litres capacity ,setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs,cleaning etc and hoisting and refixing in poistion complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and removing existing PVC tanks and Supply and fix Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks with ISI mark (Cylindrical vertical), 500 litres capacity three layered with cover including hoisting and poistioning complete including provision of GI Nipples for inlet/ overflow/ outlets etc of size 15/20/25mm dia all as specified in SSR all and as directed.

All as per item No.07 above but 1000 Litres capacity

Taking down or up steel tubing 15 mm bore of pipe and connections on wall / floor complete and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface.

All as per item No. 1 above, but for 20 mm bore of pipe

S&F Galvanised iron water tubing 15 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete on walls ceiling or laid in floors .

All as per item No.04 above but for 20 mm dia

Refixing of old steel tubing 15mm dia with new fittings and connections in new or old position on wall ceiling/ floors etc. after cleaning properly and making water line functional / serviceable complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall or on concrete surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with water, etc, and removing same from the Site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound at a rate of 3% by weight of cement over and including 10 mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 , finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fairfFaces of brick work or concrete surfaces , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 including 10mm thick dubbing coat with cement mortar 1:6 to level the existing surface on chajja, roof projection beams,drops,RCC railing and the like finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceinling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces by washing/ rubbing down and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of alkali resistance primer on wall complete

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement on sunken floor surfaces, finished even and smooth with using extra cement.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg/sqm including cleaning surfaces of sunken floor area.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate , 25 mm thick as in floors finished rough complete all as specified

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing unserviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles 6-7mm thick square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.0875 sqm in vertical surfaces such as skirtings,dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles with and including backing coat 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 on walls complete all as specified and as directed .
