REPAIR TO CERTAIN MODULAR FURNITURE AT CME UNDER GE (CME) KHADKI

Amount

(A) Repairs/ replacement of old unsv existing parts including tapestry cloth of following Modular / TP / Branded / MAP furniture. S&F new parts of Branded / Modular (TP / Map) furniture as under . Material shall be of same specifications as used in these furniture articles by manufactures. Rates includes the removing of old Unsv material. (Sample of chairs/Tables can be seen in furniture yard of BSO GE (CME) before quotating the rates). (B) Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units at OTM/Md Accn under the jurisdiction of GE (CME) Kirkee including BSO's Furniture Yard as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Chair writing cushion (FD/E6/MAP/03 or similar TP)

M & L for Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back, along with malmal cloth to covering the seat and back of chair. Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs. 200/- Mtr along with PVC lipping around the back of chairs as directed by Engr- In- charge.

Supply & Fixing, seat and Back of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick ply BWR grade with 50 mm thick moulded cushion of 40 density, duly with upholstry as existing in orginal pattern/ in drgs along with PVC lipping around the back of chairs or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Supply and fixing handle of chair as existing duly fitted with fixing arrangment or as directed by Engr- In chrage .

M&L for spray painting to steel frame after preparation of surface one or two more coats of high quality synthetic enamel paint to obtain glosy finish as in original existing color.

Continuous Gas welding as required per 10 CM.

Chair classic ((CH-7B) -Godrej-07)

Removing of old/existing rexine cloth from seat and back of chair classic CH-7B and , upholstry the same with new rexine cloth, rexine should not be less thanRs. 160/ Mtr.

Supply and fixing of back of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood with 50mm thick cushion of 40 mm density, along with screw as per sample for fitting, with complete upholstry with rexine cloth as in original shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Supply and fixing of Seat of chair, duly fitted with 12 mm thick BWR grade plywood with 50mm thick cushion of 40 mm density, along with screw as per sample for fitting, with complete upholstry with rexine cloth as in original shown in drgs or as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M & L for Painting of chairs with synthetic enamel paint of existing color after preparation of surfaces including grinding, emery and applying putty wherever required as directed by Engr- In -charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC handle duly fitted with fixing arrangement with arms chair as directed by Engr- In -charge

Hard rubber shoes as per drg

Rubber cap for conduit pipe as per drg

Chair computer revolving (high Back and Mid Back) (FD/E6/MAP/03 or similar TP)

Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat & back, along with malmal cloth to covering the bottom / back of seat and back. Tapestry Cloth should not be less than Rs.200/Mtr , to make complete as shown in drgs along with PVC lipping around the back of chairs or as directed by Engr-In-Charge

Removing of old unsv hydraulic gas lift of chair and supply & fixing with new hydraulic gas lift as directed by Engr- In - charge.

Removing of old / unsv handle .S&F handle duly with fixing arrangement as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv caster wheels of chair. S&F new caster wheels as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old / unsv existing Moulded cushion from seat of chair, S&F 50 mm moulded foam with 40 density along with tapestry cloth of not less than Rs.200/Mtr as directed by Engr- In charge.

Removing of old / unsv existing Moulded cushion from back of chair, S&F 50 mm moulded foam with 40 density along with tapestry cloth of not less than Rs.200/Mtr as directed by Engr- In charge.

Computer table (FD/E6/MAP/03 or similar TP)

Removing of old UNSV drawer of table computer along with sliding channel of both side. S&F new drawer with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround and both side channel with complete arrangements for fixing them in table computer as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv key board from table computer along with sliding channels of both side. S&F new keyboard with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround along with sliding channel and complete arrangements for fixing them in table computer as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv mouse tray from table computer along with sliding channels of both side. S&F new mouse tray with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround along with sliding channel as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv Bottom shelf from table computer, S&F new Bottom shelf made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading alround as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv vertical shelf from table computer, S&F new vertical shelf made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv sides from table computer, S&F new sides of 150mm width made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround as shown in drg or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv shelf from table computer, S&F new shelf made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround as shown in drg or as directed by Engr- In- charge

M & L for scratching the entire steel frame of table with sand emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour after preparation of surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of old unsv legs with nylon buffer from table computer, S&F new legs with nylon buffer as shown in drg or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old unsv Rect PVC cover from table computer, S&F new 25mm x 50mm Rect PVC cover made to shape as shown in drg or as directed by Engr- In- charge

Removing of old UNSV Top of table computer, S&F new Top made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of exterior grade with 4mm thick teak wood beading polished alround as shown in drg or as directed by Engr- In- charge

CHAIR TIP UP 750mm with moulded polythene foam for seat & back (Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates) (TP)

M&L for removing of old unsv/un tension MS spring, 2 nos in each seat and S&F new MS steel spring of seat fitted in iron bar of seat ,as to smooth functioning as is original to chair, with all other allied works and re-fixing the same as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for spot gas welding to the broken parts/joints of MS Frame, Base plate etc as required to make the chair in servicable condition complete all as per specified & directed.

M&L for removing old unserviceable Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat, back & sides of chair tip up moulded polythene foam of size 750mm. S&F new tapestry cloth of high quality to upholstry the chair tip up moulded polythene foam seat, back & sides covering all seat and back as in original shown on drgs or as directed by Engr-In- Charge. Colour of cloth as approved by GE .Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 260/-Mtr.

Removing of Unserviceable PU arm rest of Chair Tipup. S&F of new PU arm rest of Chair Tipup with suitable bolts and nuts complete all as per specified & directed.

Removing of UNSV MS Anchor bolt at the base plate fixed to the foundation. S&F of new MS Anchor bolt at the base plate for fixing the chairs to the foundation rigidly with suitable nuts, washer, chemical injection/ grouting complete wherever required upto the satisfaction, as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05)

M & L for scratching the entire frame of chair with sand emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour after preparation of surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new One piece PVC seat and back and fixing the same by providing four screws as described in drg. (Make- Blow plast/Nilkamal/supreme) after removing the old UNSV of the same.

S & F new 25mm dia hollow steel pipe along with Hinges arrangement complete on RHS for supporting the openable hand board inserted in 20mm dia MS rod welded to frame complete as described in drg after removing the old UNSV of the same.

S&F new 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior garde top openable/hand board with 4mm thick teak wood edging alround as described in drg after removing the old UNSV of the same.

S & F of Hard rubber shoes, removing the old UNSV Shoes as per drg.

Continuous Gas welding as required per 10 CM.

Chair Verandha (FD/MAP-II/06)

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken PVC seat and back from the chair, supply and fixing new PVC seat and back 4mm thick to the chair verandah MAP after providing flat iron 20mmx4mm support in centre of seat only by proper welding for support of PVC seat.The PVC seat shall got approved from GE before supply. MAKE OF PVC SEAT –AMKO/ COMFO/ HARMONY

M & L for scratching the entire frame of chair with sand emery paper and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour after preparation of surfaces. Complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Auditorium Chair (Sample of chair can be seen in site before quoting rates) (TP)

M&L for removing of old unsv/ Un tension MS steel spring of seat fitted in iron bar of seat ,as to smooth functioning as is original to chair, with all other allied works and re-fixing the same as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for removing old unserviceable Upholstry of Tapestry cloth of seat, back & sides of chair auditorium moulded polythene foam of size as per site. S&F new tapestry cloth of high quality to upholstry the chair auditorium moulded polythene foam seat, back & sides covering all seat and back as in original on site or as directed by Engr-In- Charge. Colour of cloth as approved by GE .Tapestry cloth should not be less than Rs 260/-Mtr.

PU arm rest of Chair auditorium with suitable bolts and nuts complete all as per specified & directed.

MS Anchor bolt at the base plate for fixing the chairs to the foundation rigidly with suitable nuts, washer, chemical injection/ grouting complete wherever required upto the satisfaction, as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
