1 2.1.5 Form wok for Columns, Pillars, Piers and likes- rectangular or square in shape

2 2.1.8 Providing and fixing form work including centring, shuttering, strutting,staging, propping bracing etc. complete and including its removal at all levels, for:

7 14.15.1 Painting exterior surface with ACRYLIC SMOOTH exterior paint of required shade as per manufacturer's specifications to give protective and decorative finish including cleaning washing of surface etc. complete with: Sqm

Add 15% of Projection of Column

8 14.12 Applying one coat of cement primer on wall surface (applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm) complete.

9 14.45 Removing dry or oil bound distemper by scraping sand papering andpreparing the surfaces smooth including necessary repair to scratches etc. complete.

10 14.13 Providing and applying 2mm thick ready mix exterior grade approved make putty (like Birla wall care, Alltek Superfine W/R of (NCL), Asian, ICI, Nerolac, J.K. wall putty) on walls to make the surface smooth and even.

11 17.1.2 Repairs to plaster in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead :
