Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth for taking out/for laying under ground cables/pipes etc and getting out any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n-exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine river sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling cable ducts complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge at site Note : - Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of standard size laid in trenches as protection to cables complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology technique for 40-80 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed. by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting existing BT road/PCC of size 30cm x 30cm for laying of underground cable with pipe, where boring is not possible and including necessary earth work and refilling the same in layers well ramming including watering as required and matching with the existing surface with 150mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 and curing the same with wet gunny bags and removing debris to a distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI pipe light grade of sizes 80mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting for cable protection, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall/pole/crossing nallah etc including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling ACSR conductors from the disturbed span including jumper, removing the binding from insulator, of any size for LT OH Line/ structures, etc complete all specefied and as directed

Dismantling/taking down old unserviceable cross arms, bracings, support, clamp including nuts, bolts and washers complete.

Supply, laying & testing insulated XLPE UG cable 1100 volts grade, armoured heavy duty confirming to relevant IS specifcations with aluminum conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Periodical Maintenance/Servicing /Repairs for diesel Gen set installed at Lekhapani stn for trouble free operation of generator sets and ensuring the serviceability , carrying out minor spares (if any/ settings required for operation of the set shall be carried out without any extra cost for the following capacity Model/ Make by carry out the inspection /work by an authorized dealer of OEM (or) qualified/experienced technician including extra minimum one visit for incspection between the time of PDC. Engine Maintenance (i) Checking the lubricant oil, top up, filters, (ii) Checking the oil level in the oil both air cleaner if required (iii) Checking of alternator, checking/changing fan belt if required, (iv) Checking of circuits of various controls of engine, (v) Cleaning the cylinder head, lever, lube oil ,cooler pins etc, (vi) Draining the fuel filter bowels to remove water/sediments, (vii) Checking and tightening of all external fasteners, (viii) Checking and tightening of all lube and fuel/hose connections, (ix) Checking of air filters, (x) Cleaning of air filter assembly, (xi) Replacement of all external rubber parts, (xii) Arresting all water /lubricant/fuel leakages, (xiii) Checking of all engine parameter and ensuring trouble free performance, (xiv) Removing the U/S spares and fixing of new spares including testing etc , Alternator Maintenance, (i) Checking the lubricant in the bearings, (ii) Checking of the electrical excitation system and repair if required, (iii) Checking of alternater.charging,fan belt checking if required, (iv) Checking of circuits of various connections, (v) Cleaning the slip rings/brushes etc, (vi ) Removing the U/S spares and fixing of new spares including testing etc Control Panel Panel will be maintained for good operation with the existing components. Any components found defective will be replaced and paid under relevant Item of schedule for removing the US spares and fixing of new spares shall be measured as per ground requirement. Note: (i) All repairs/periodical maintenance shall have to be carried out by the authorised service personnel of OEM (or) qualified/experienced technician of DG Sets for checking, identifying the functionality of DG Set and will carry out required preventive maintenance work and ensure smooth functioning of DG sets and connected works . S&F in repairs new gasket for manifold to arrest all exhaust leakage for silencer of Genset of capacity upto 125 KVA complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairs to 15/30/40 KVA DG Set alternator and removing the same from engine of DG Set, transporting the same to the work shop and carrying out the repairs such as taking out the burnt out winding and rewinding the alternator with copper wire of same guage with number of turns as required to achieve the required voltage and ampere and re-warnishing with superior quality varnish, drying inside the oven for required duration to remove the moisture content incl exciter coil ,checking of commentator, brushes ,replacement of bearings and reassembling the stator and rotor coil, complete and refixing the same in its existing position after transporting back to the site and connecting up electric connections with suitable lugs complete and testing all as specified and directed.

Remove the unserviceable fuel injector pump, servicing and calibrating including replacing the unserviceable plunger, springs, Injector caps etc all as directed for 15/30/40 KVA DG Set

Disconnecting, dismantling battery charging alternator assembly replacing the unserviceable burnt coil assembly, re-assembling, refixing to engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair battery 12V, 130 AH, initial charging, filled with required electrolite/distilled water and fixing/connecting with electric connector cable all as specified and directed. Make : Exide Model : Gen Plus or equivalent as approved
