Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, roof kerb, roof padding concrete etc for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/removing existing detoriated water proofing treatment of any type, cleaning the surfaces with wire brush etc and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, cast in situ including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces over roof slab mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item)

M & L for laying 3mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm, reiforced with non woven polyester matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree celsius, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm, side lap and end lap 15cm and shall be laid over roof and on verticle surface upto and insert in grooves and packed in CM (1:3), the over laps shall be sealed by flames or forced application or as per manufacturer's instuctions over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm and finished with aluminium paint paint @ 0.1 Litre/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified, designed, light shade coloured, tiles, 8 to 9 mm thick, (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm, in floors, etc and set & jointed in neat cement slurry including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed, coloured, ceramic, tiles of size (350mm x 250 mm/450mm x 350mm) x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc, and set & jointed in neat cement slurry and including 10 mm thick bedding in cement mortor 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, vitrified unpolished porceilain floor, heavy duty tiles of size 300x300mm, coloured, premium qualtity, in floors, path, hardstanding etc set in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. M & L for 10-12mm thick, anti-skid, vitrified, heavy duty, stepping stone for staircase treads etc with bull nosed edge of 12mm/15mm and with self embosed tread lines set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey or white cement with pigment to match the shade over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
