PROVN OF HOT WATER APPLIANCE AND SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM FOR RR CAMP UNDER AGE REASI OF GE NAGROTA

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning (SITC) of Solar Water Heating System of 500 LPD capacity, comprising with 5 Nos high-efficiency Flat Plate Collectors (FPC). Each collector shall have a nominal absorber area of 2.0 Sqm, featuring a copper-to-copper absorber made of 99.9% pure copper sheets and copper tubes (Risers & Headers) with high-absorptivity selective black coating. The collector box shall be made of heavy-duty aluminum extruded sections, insulated with 50 mm thick high-density glass wool (48Kg/M3). The top glazing shall be of 4.0 mm thick low-iron, solar-grade toughened glass with high transmissivity, sealed with EPDM rubber gaskets to ensure 100% weather-proofing. System Specifications: The storage tank of 500 Litre capacity shall be manufactured from Stainless Steel (SS-304) sheet of minimum 20 SWG thickness, fully insulated with 50 mm thick PUF insulation and protected with an outer cladding of aluminum/powder-coated GI sheet. The system shall be mounted on a heavy-duty MS supporting structure, treated with anti-corrosive primer and finished with synthetic enamel paint. Other Components: The scope also includes a 3 KW (heating element) electric backup heater with an adjustable thermostat, 4 Sq.mm copper FRLS cable in 25mm PVC conduit, and a 100 Litre PVC/SS make-up tank with a ball-valve assembly. All interconnected cold and hot water piping (up to 5.00 RM) using 20mm Composite (PE-AL-PE) or CPVC pipes, along with necessary gunmetal/brass gate valves, Air Release Valves (ARV), and Non-Return Valves (NRV), shall be provided. The entire system shall strictly conform to IS-12933 & 12976. all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Civil/Foundation Work: The construction of PCC foundation blocks/platform for the collector and tank structure using PCC in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) is included in the quoted rates. 2. The system must be installed and tested at the site as per the Engineer-in-Charge directions to ensure 60°C hot water output. Make: TATA / BHEL / SINTEX / BP SOLAR.

Supplying, Hoisting and Fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity of 1000 litres (cuboidal or cylindrical as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) three layered white in colour vertical with closed top), for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access covers etc., with monkey-proofing mechanism, hoisted and fixed in position Complete all as specified in SSR Part I, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, baned iron doors, ladder framed balusters, railing frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to 1 L 290-0 or grade-I 165 complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The rate quoted shall deem to including the rate for fixing/grouting of MS Frame on the roof/ floor as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting existing GI pipe of any size for taking new connection incl all fittings, joints etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule for 20 mm bore of pipe and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed..

Sheet metal enclosure with two pin and earth plug and socket 240 volts and including one 20 Amp MCB SPN, C-Curve, complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm bore steel water tubing and connections medium grade and including necessary GI fitting such as bends, elbows, tees etc. and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in / on floor complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm bore steel water tubing and connections medium grade and including necessary GI fitting (such as bends, elbows, tees etc. and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in / on floor complete all as specified and directed.

20 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 20 mm dia pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.
