Cleaning manually of blocked WC seat trap, inside house and gully trap it includes remove/refixing of grating and cleaning of WC's trap,kitchen/bath traps any type/pattern (pedestal/squatt pattern) upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material/sludge etc to a distance n.exc 50m and burring the same in pits complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Measurement will be carried out each time depend on blockage)

Cleaning/clearing manually or mechanically the sewage line of any description / SGSW pipe of size 100mm dia to 200mm dia at any depth , removing any type of blockage including desiltng , descaling & dechocking by using sewage cleaning rods or with combine hydraulic operated sewer suction cum jetting machine mounted on LCV/HCV by using high pressure thermo plastic water jetting hose and throgh conical round shaped nozzle with piston action rodding from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank / well through sewer line when as required time to time including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material/sludge to a distance of n.exc 50m and burrying the same pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item no 2 above items but pipe of size 300 mm dia at any depth etc complete.

Cleaning of septic tanks, soakage well/pits, grease traps etc of any depth including inlet and outlet chamber and removing sludge(in solid & semi solid ), silt, both organic and in-organic nature including any other type of waste material after plugging of incoming sewage line and removing waste material /sludge etc to a distance n.exc 100m and burrying the same in pit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Bailing out water directly from septic tank/soakage well/manhole/grease trap of any size and any depth with suitable capacity pumps/suction machine to a distance not less than 50 metre away in such a manner as to Disposal of water, not to cause inconvenience /nuisance in the area or to cause damage to the property structures near by all as spd and directed by Eng-in-charge(All works to be carried out under foul conditions).

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5m wide and exc 1.5m but not exc 3.00 mtr depth in foundations etc for manholes, sewage line and and getting out complete all as specifed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specifed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specifed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonary , bult in cement mortor incl all quoins, arches, pillars etcincluding depositing unservicable brick and stacking for reuse including cleaning of bricks and deposting off all debries & rubbish off permises to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specifed.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:4 for manhole etc in same mortar as the work proceeds complete all as specified.

All as per srl item 11 above here-in-before specifed but except bricks.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) as in any discription and any position including deposal off rubbish to a distance not exc 100 mtr all as specified.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping, benching, bed plates, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles as directed including formwork and finishing all exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick wall and concrete surface etc including rackimg out joints,hacking for keys all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour Rendering 15mm thick on brick surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of man hole covers/cover slabs complete all as specifed

M&L Precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded) aggregate as in manhole cover all as specifed including form work complete set in CM 1:4 mortar complete all as specified.

M&L Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar etc, all as specified and directed

Removal of plants/trees of n.exc 30cm from roof tops/sides external walls of bldg. chajjas,wall juctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe juctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making food the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) incl the preparation the GI/CI/PVC Pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/taking out process to match the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match the existing incl necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00mtr from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. (ii) The debris incl vegetation plant/tree shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 KM and n.exc 1 Km all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . (iii) For deciding the grith of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slabe/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carring out the work shall be provided with equipment and quoted shall be deemedto include the same.

The quoted rates shall be deemed of include following provisions:- (i) Removal of plants/ trees of girth n ex 30 sc from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldg, Chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/ slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-O of cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground lever complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department . The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (iii) The debris including vegetation plant/ trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5 Km and n. exc 1.00 km all as directed by engineer –in-charge. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out above work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted rates shall be deemed to include the same.

Note:-(i) All items of standards Quality/ISI/Approved items to be incorprted in the work.the items to be approved by GE before procurment. (ii) The repairs can be under taken as and when required basis accordingly site will be available in piecemeal wise and as directed by Engr-In- charge in the Ops Location area of GE AF Stn. (iii) One Supervisior alongwith Two Conservency staff to be detailed to report daily except Sunday/holidays at Complaint cell to collect complain slip from Complaint Cell and returned back the same after completed the work daily.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all asper specified,

M & L cement concrete work in pavement/ hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg per square centimete in field using 400 kg of cement per cum thickness of concrete 25 cm or less as directed and specified .

Forming construction (Dummy) joints 65mmx10mm wide field with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified.

Forming 12 mm thick expansion joint filled with performed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, grade 'A' 150mm thick concrete slab complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of Painting lines, dashes, arrows, letters,etc. on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint, white or golden yellow complete all as specified.

Hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm depositing , spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watering and ramming to true surface with broken stone or boulders complete all as specified.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 50 mm dia in any length provided as in brick wall as weep hole, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 etc, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron pickets or fencing post or any description etc, all as specified and directed.

S & F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.
