Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick(average) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on internal and external faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 5 mm thick (average) polymer modified ready mix cement based plaster on ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered/putty surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of white wash on ceilings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation on old external plasterd surfaces of walls on the whole surface to achieve smooth, even & uniform surface including grinding with sand paper and levelling of surface and applying two coats of 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion of required shade with silicon additives with rich Sheen and having resistance to fading of colors and longevity to obtain an acceptable finish by EIC. The surface should be checked for cracks and should be filled with fiber reinforced crack filler (Crack seal). Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. Mixing to be done with multipurpose mixer applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or colored with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine flow speed of max 6 ltr per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI by the skilled labor over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding. The item rate is inclusive of all material with wastage, labor, tools, tackles, consumables, scaffolding, etc. Work will be strictly executed by mechanized means/ tools as required for smart periodical services. Allowance of 6-8 hrs to be given to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats, complete all as specified and directed : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) All works shall be done mechanically through authorised applicator only. (b) Authorised applicator of paint manufacture shall have valid authrisation letter from the manufacturer (minimum regional HQs) issued not earlier than 30 days from start date of the said finishing work. (c) The contractor shall provide application for testing and certification of finishes by paint manufacturing firm/ their authorised applicator. (d) Cost of all above aspects shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate of the contractor

M&L for preparation on new external plasterd surfaces of walls and applying 1-2mm thick cement base wall care putty on the whole surface to achieve smooth, even & uniform surface including grinding with sand paper and levelling of surface and applying two coats of 100% Acrylic smooth emulsion of required shade with silicon additives with rich Sheen and having resistance to fading of colors and longevity of 5 years to obtain an acceptable finish by EIC. The surface should be checked for cracks and should be filled with fiber reinforced crack filler (Crack seal) for up to 3 mm cracks and bigger cracks should be filled with polymer modified cement. Surface should be free from any loose paint, dust, or grease. Mixing to be done with multipurpose mixer applying two coats of acrylic (antifungal) exterior grade paint white or colored with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine flow speed of max 6 ltr per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI by the skilled labor over one coat of primer including necessary scaffolding. M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of nail holes and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During the painting work, do not use the furniture but keep it in one place covered with a tarpaulin, and ensure that any stains or spots on the floor or furniture are cleaned and washed immediately.
