DESCRIPTION OF JOB WORK : JOB WORK FOR SOIL INVESTIGATION FOR PROVN OF 04 X SINGLE JCOs LIVING ACCN, PROVN OF GUN SHED WITH PLINTH PROTECTION AND PROVN OF MI ROOM FOR 50 LT AD REGT (COMP) AT BHALUKMARA IN JORHAT MIL STN
Mobilization/ transpotation erection and dismentling of all reburied equipmentat proposed site including deployiment of shifted and suitable personal for effective soil investigation as direction Job 1
Carrying out the following laboratory tests on the soil samples as per IS Codes- Per Bore Hole (a) (i) Sieve analysis and hydrometer tests of identification and classification of soil based on properties and grain size (ii) Specific gravity of the soil (iii) Studies of settlement characteristics of soil based on consolidation testes and liquid and plastic limit (iv) Stratificatification of soil for entier depth of bore log including ground water table location and other properties. Evaluation of sheer parameters of undisturbed soil samples by adopting direct sheer test (V) Nature moisture content (NMC) void ratio and porosity, Tri-Axial and direct sheer test and uncofined compression test of undisturbed samples and bulk, submergedand dry density of the soil. (b) Compitation of SSI Report as per IS . Filed and Laboratory test results, Preparation of reports, Recommendation to types of foundationfor all structures with bearing capacity/ pile capacity The recommendation will be dully vetted by the veting agency as per notes:- Submission of all reports booklets 05 (Five) copies with CD 01 (one) copy duly indicating the following:- (i) Evaluation of safe bearing capacity of the soil with respect to shear failures test and permissible settlement (Total and differential) alongwith recommendation about type of foundation and minimum depth of foundation to be adopted. (ii) Evaluation of liquifaction potential (iii) Evaluation of K- value (iv) Specific Suggestion if any soil treatmentif required below foundation/ ground floor/ Roads and type of treatment to be carried out. (v) Bore log diagram duly showing the different layers of strata met alongwith their depths.
