Supply and fixing in repairs PVC fins of size 600mm x 300mm x 165mm for cool ing tower of AC complete all as specified and as directed. - 250 Each Material and labour for servicing of AHU unit including cleaning of bottom tray and cleaning of cooling coil complete with high pressure and coil shine solutions and jet of water pressure with pump without damaging cooling coils and fins and remove all the scale and foreign material deposited in side the coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the particles and ensure through flow of air over the cooling coil, checking aligning and tightening of blower fan, greasing of all mova ble parts, replacement of worn out bolts, nuts shaft keys etc all as directed for following capacity AHU:- 9000 CFM - 01 Each Job, 8000 CFM - 01 Each Job, 11000 CFM - 02 Each Job 16000 CFM - 01 Each Job, 18000 CFM - 01 Each Job Material and labour for servicing of FCU/Water Cooler/Cassette unit of capacity 3 TR including cleaning of bottom tray and cleaning of cooling coil complete with high pressure and coil shine solutions and jet of water pressure with pump with out damaging cooling coils and fins and remove all the scale and foreign mater ial deposited in side the coil followed with air pressure to sweep up all the partic les and ensure through flow of air over the cooling coil, greasing of all movable parts etc complete all as directed - 03 Each Job All as per item No 3 here-in-above but cassette unit of capacity 2.5 TR - 08 Each Job Material and labour for de-scaling condensers of central AC plant 2X90 TR cap acity of condenser by opening side plate, flushing the condenser tubes using de-scaling solution as recommended by OEM , descaling shall be done in way as recommended by the OEM( item No. 1.00). The condenser tubes carefully removing all the deposited materials completely and raising the solution through condenser tubes till clear water starts to come out from the condensers as comp lete including re-fixing the side plates by replacing gaskets & testing complete for satisfactory working complete all as specified and as directed. - 01 Each Supply and topping up Refrigerant(134 A) of high quality for 03 Nos of chiller units of 180 TR each complete all as specified and as directed. - 84 Kg
