(b) Supply of Kirloskar /Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled /BHEL/Leader /Kartar of suitable size cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye - pass arangement ( to be provided on delivery side ) of size one size higher than the delivery size of pump & shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 21kg/cm2 of class ASA -150 asper BS-1868-API(600).= 2 Nos. (c) Supply of Kirloskar/ Kilburn /IVC/ Fouress /Gled / BHEL/Leader/Kartar make Cast iron double flanged swing check type reflux valve having bye-pass arrangement of size equal to Rising main i.e. 150 mm and shall be suitable for with standing nominal seat pressure of 21 Kg/ cm2 of class ASA-150 as per BS-1868-(API-600). = 1 No. NOTE: The C.I reflux valve shall conform to BIS 5312-1984 part -I( latest adition ) However if seat pressure exceeds the limits prescribed In BIS 5312 than it shall be of cast steel conforming to class ASA-150 for seat pressure upto 21 Kg/ cm2 or class ASA-300 for seat pressure 52 Kg/cm2 as BS 1868 (API 600 )
(a) Providing & laying PVC insulated jointless, flat water proof copper cable of Siemens/Finolex / Gloster/ Grandlay make Conforming to BIS: 1554 ( Part-I ) 1988 latest with upto dateammendments of suitable size for the pump sets offered (one cable carrying all three phases ) including all other Electrical equipment / accessories such as thimbles,flexible pipes, solder ,nuts & bolts, cable glands etc. laid in pipes or tranches under floor.The type size & make will be subjct to approval of HPSEB authority.
