a) Supply of 30.5 metre height, 20 sided polygon flag Mast for carrying national flag of 20ft x 30ft size made out minimum 5mm galvanised (hot dip)Steel Plates conforming to BS : 4360/IS :226-1975,15:2062-1980. The job inctudes the following: i) Supply of 30.5M Flag Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanised and suitabte for wind velocity as per lS 875. GA drawing of mast is attached, alongwith special type for wind velocity as per lS 875 and including Painting of Flag mast PU painting of High Mast shaft with a coating of each primer and PU paint. b) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template. System for raising Lowering of Flag It shall have double drum winch, 6 mm dia stainless steel wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. c) Suitable outdoor control feeder pillar having 63A TPN MCB incomer,time switch, suitable contactors for automatic switching of luminaries, power for control range etc. The panel should have suitable to accommodate 2 KVA UPS with battery base i/c. connection, testing & commissioning as required as per site condition.d) Supply of System & Aviation Obstruction light with 3C x 2.5 sqmm. Cu armoured cable.

Supply of 5M High hot dip galvanized octagonal pole suitable to mount 1 no. Non-integral flood light fittings at top & control gear box mounting arrangement at bottom including supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. (for 5M pole)

Supply of non-integral floodlight luminaries 350W LED FLOOD LIGHT Arrangement supports for mounting and luminary on foundation. ( Model: Bajaj make model similar to BJEF or equivalent).

Supply of Indian National Flag of size 20ft x 30ft. In 100% knitted polyester (140gsm), with reinforced super strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve.

Supply of 2.0 KVA (1PH-1PH) Online UPS system with inbuilt Isolation transformer and 12 V, 08 Nos., 17AH VRLA SMF Batteries with MS Rack for providing 30 minutes backup.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sq.mt. at 2 metre depth with all materials and labour including obtaing strcture vetting from reputed govt colleges ect as per Specical Condition of Contract.

Erection of the Flag Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assemble of operating system and flag i/c. erection of feeder pillar i/c. foundation of feeder pillar.

Provision of GI pipe earthing for High mast/light poles with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI pipe including connection to high mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour.

Foundation & Erection of the 2 nos. fitting on suitable pole, supply & laying of 3C 2.5 sqmm CU power cable individual pole and wiring of luminaire etc including ITC of online UPS.

Supply of the following sizes, ISI marked Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) having corrugation on the outer wall confirming to IS 14930 Part-II complete with necessary fittings/couplers for jointing for protection of 1.1KV grade under ground cable complete etc as required 75 mm (outer dia)/63mm (inner dia)

Laying of DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc..direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 3.5 core x 25 Sq.mm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to relevant IS 1554 / IS 7098 with upto date amendments etc, as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 3½ X 25 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/DWC pipe as required (Upto 35 sq. mm )

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from FRLS from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe for loop earthing etc complete as required
