Dismantling / Demolition of existing structures / buildings up to basement including removal of foundation for 70 Nos Judicial Officers Quarters at Sector -19, Dwarka, New Delhi [( 38 Nos Type –V quarters ( 4 blocks, Stilt +7 and 2 Block Stilt+5) 32 Nos Type-VI, quarters (2 blocks, basement + Stilt+8), (2 blocks, Stilt+8) and sub Station building ] including disposal and transportation of debris/ to the C & D waste dumping ground approved by Municipal Corporation of Delhi”and handing over the clear site free from any kind of debris/malba/dismantled material for construction complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge:- (Excluding Furniture, Storages, Exhibits, Road networking, Street lights, Signage, Services, Parks/landscaping area, Boundary wall with gates along with infrastructures and artifacts of if any.) The demolition will be done mechanically by using Jaw Crusher machine with concrete cutter attachment (Indicative Typical Photograph vide Page- 49/NIT) . The agency will deploy at least two such machines with pin height of 25m or more.
