Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.between 0.000 to 6.750 (490 m ) at different places with out soling and 4560 m at different places with soling

Water Bound Macadam (G-2) Providing, laying, WBM Grade-2 with 45-63mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled smooth roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per clause 405.2 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller) between 0.000 to 6.750 (5050 m )at different places.

Water Bound Macadam (G-3) Providing, laying, WBM Grade-3 with 22.4-53mm size Stone Ballast, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled static roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. Grading 3 as per clause 405.3 (Including all taxes required & i/c hire charges of road roller )between 0.000 to 6.750 (5050 m )at different places.

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) between 0.000 to 6.750 (5050 m )at different places.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all taxes required and hire charges of road roller & including Cost of bitumen ) between 0.000 to 6.750 (5050 m ) at different places.

Brick edging 8 cm wide on both sides of the road by M- 150 bricks complete as per PWD detailed specification no 20.15

Earth work in Patri or embankment in ordinary soil loam, clay or sand in patries on both side of road including ramming dressing required to proper completion of work including all labour T&P etc all complete. as per S.I. NO. 253

Providing & fixing Km. Stone (at 1km each), Hectometer stone (at 100 m each ) & sign board (2 no.) caution Board (minimum 2 no. and as per direction of engineer incharge ) including all cost of labour ,material T& P etc completewith all completion of work.
