Installation of following sizes and types of cable tray covers, all accessories & GI clamps shall be provided by NPCIL, however any other item or consumables required for completion of work shall be in the scope of contractor. (Including special parts as detailed in drawings and specification including supply & installation of fixing hardwares etc.) (The rate quoted shall be based on per metre route length of cable tray covers considering installation of cover accessories & special parts also. Length of cable tray cover installation shall be measured taking the lengths of cable tray covers, cover accessories and special parts along the center line).

Installation of 300mm wide cable tray cover
Installation of 450mm wide cable tray cover
Installation of 600mm wide cable tray cover
Supply, Cutting, Fabrication, Installation & Clamping of GI sheet of 1 mm thick on over filled cable trays wherever already fabricated cable tray cover are not fitting properly. The rates shall includes supply of aluminium strip/flat of 25x2 mm thick size from which clamps shall be fabricated to suit site conditions.
