Supply Erecting and fixing in repairs Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-55 (11.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- PCC, anti claiming device, cross arms, insulator, ACSR conductor and earth work will be measured and paid separately)

Excavating in trenches/over areas n.exc 1.5 m depth near junction box/ feeder pillar box, disconnecting & taking out cable, cutting burntout uninsulated portion of cable and rectify the defect and relaying the same in trenches, filling sand around the cable with retrieved sand ( approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning, if required, is deem to be included in the quoted rates) spreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness. cover with retrieved bricks and returning and filling the excavated soil and connecting the cables with bus bars including provision of lugs as applicable and testing complete all as specified.

All as per BOQ Item No 21.00 here-in-before but of depth exc 1.5m and not exceeding 3.00 mtrs complete all as specified.

Returning, filling, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cmin hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

S & F Drop Out fuse (Copper) channel type fitted on two post insulator per pole per phase complete vertical type (6 insulators) connected with necessary nut bolts brackets including testing confirming to IS 9835 rating 12 KV, 200 Amps made of Gun metal complete with taking down old unserviceable all as specified and directed.

NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Fixing only Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates (serviceable materials i.e. Structural Steel Sections obtained from dismantling) including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed including painting complete all as specified and direted.

M & L for cross arms , bracing, supports , clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms and complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular fabricated with Galvanised Steel Wire with 4.00mm dia including binding with Aluminium Binding Wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire and dismantling is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

S&F Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.NOTE : Cost of dismantling is deemed to be included in the Quoted Unit Rate.

M & L for mild steel nuts, bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5 cm long and diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Disc type insulators, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm height, 255 mm dia and socket type whit brown and green, 11000 volts grade, single disc assembly with tension clamps for conductors , complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pin type , porcelain, vitreous brown insulator of size 150mm height, 150mm dia 11000 volts grade including one galvanized mild steel spindle with two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F loop type insulator vitreous porcelain white or brown with over all dimension 90mmx140mm with 25.5 mm clearance hole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Painting of steel pole (swan neck type or straight type) up to 12 mtr height with cross arms, clamp of any length and shape for LT overhead line/ for street light with two coat of aluminium paint after scraching out old paint, cleaning and exiting surface rust free, preparation of the existing surface, including marking pole numbers in a 15 cm dia yellow circle with number writting with black syenthic paint/ Stricker, including painting strips in alternate from top of coping upto 1.50m height with three strips of black syenthatic paint & two strips of Yellow/ Sky blue paint (as per existing pattern) through out the circumference of pole, including removing extra wall papdi ,peel off wall papdi by sand paper and making good with putty as per existing thickness and applying one coat of white washing on PCC copping of pole and re-numbering of pole with approved size of letter ( Example - P- 001) with synthetic enamel paint of white colour background and black colour lettering complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring of horizontal hole under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine with and including GI Pipe light grade of dia 100 with all fittings, for passing of cable complete all as specified. Note : (i) One run of boring of horizontal hole and one run of GI Pipe light grade of dia 100 with all fittings will be measured as one unit length. (ii) All the precaution to be taken by the contractor before drilling the bore. The contractor has to take plan of existing cables any type and pipe line in existing area before drilling the bore. (iii) Any damage to existing cables any type and pipe line in the way of drilling the bore will be repaired and make good by the contractor. No extra cost will be paid on this account. (iv) Contractor has to get the survey of route, length and depth for boring before quoting the rate.

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm mm buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm as earth lead by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, upto 7.5m length, earth strip protected by and including 15 mm dia GI pipe (light grade) and connected to main test point or body of pole/pannel or lightening arrester of main controlling switch as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 , Precast RCC (1:2:4) Type B1 cover slab of size 54x54x5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast cover slab, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore GI Pipe (Medium Grade) for watering, Charcoal and salt in alternate layers of 15 cm (Compacted Thickness) around the earth electrode including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n.exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I. NOTE : 1. The unit rare includes for protectionh GI pipe of 40mm and watering pipe of 20mm bore including excavation for earth pit in any type of soil/disintegrate rock. 2. Contractor has to bring agriculture soil from outside of defence land and fill in earth pit to acheive desired result as the soil resisitivity is very high. 3. The cost of GI wire of 32x6mm including protection pipe, from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above/below ground level is deemed to be included in the unit rate. 4. All the joints in GI strip and connectgion with earth plate to be welded through brazing and in addition by providing double brass nut bolt and washer. 5.Costing of welding and nut bolts are deemed to be included in the unit rate

M&L for Brickwork with Old size flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick in cm (1:4) rendering on fair face of brick work finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n.exc 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc. 15cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of grasses, vegetation manually/grass cutter, earth heaps, etc., cleaning and levelling surroundings of sub stations / transformers including removal of spoil, wastage materials, etc to a distance not exc. 50.00 mtr, complete all as spcified and as directed.

Pruning/trimming of branches of trees interfering or overhanging electrical overhead lines in such a way to have a clearance of not be less than 2 mtrs from the outermost conductors on both side complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Span of conductor shall be measured from insulator to insulator without allowance for overlapping) All as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Rolled MS Plates (chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) with riveted, bolted or welded attachment as required all as directed by Engr-in- Charge.

M&L air break isolator switch rotating type outdoor triple pole double berak with earth switch suitable for horizontal mounting provided with locking arrangement at ON/OFF Position , 33 KV with current rating 630 Amps including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.Make-Jaipuria Brothers

Material and Labour RCC cable route indicator of size 1300x300x100 mm duly written "HT CABLE" in block letter, duly engrave as MES and painted with synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer and fixing with PCC (1:3:6) C2 using 40 mm graded stone in 600x450x300 mm for fixing route indicator complete all as specified and directed including taking out old u/s indicator all as directed.
