Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub soil to full depth etc.,

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal including all labour charges etc.,

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 23 x 11 x 7 Cm for the following including curing etc., complete

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm metal including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS Steel or ribbed for steel etc., complete

Supplying and Erection centering for sides and soffiots including necessaary supports etc.,

Rainforcement Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering etc.,

Supply and filling with Gravel including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc.,

Finishing the top of slopped roof, sun-shade with Machine Pressed Ornamental Tiles of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 20mm thick mixed with WPC at 2% by weight of cement used and top pointed with the same red oxide mixed mortar etc complete, complying with standard specifications

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges , etc, complete.

Dadoing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges , etc, complete.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix to 10 mm thick for R.C.C. Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete

Painting Two coat approved Exterior Emulsion paint over the plastered surface including cost and all other charges etc.,

Supply and fixing of RCC precast slab etc.,

Providing Name board charges

Providing Rain water harvesting structure etc.,
