Periodical Renewal of 5years completed PMGSY Road Haladia chhaka to Ghanashyampur Road in the District of Kendrapara for the year 2025-2026 (SDBC)

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 of MoRD & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , laying,spreading & compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing ,rolling with 3 wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade & camber etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm per using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision). complete for finished item of work including all cost of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade Kilometre stone of Standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting, lettering in accordance with the specifications Clause 1703 of MoRD . etc. complete and as per direction of the Engineer -in- charge.a) K M Stone
