S & F for Aluminium powder coated standard hollow section for ventilotors as per approved sample and as per IS specifications, shutters weighting 0.55 kg/RM, rectangular frames of section 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 3.18mm weighing not less than 2.54Kg/RM including provision of 5.5mm thick tinted glass of superior quality including handles, tower bolt, hinges and all standard fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Powder coated aluminium partition with frame of standard powder coated aluminium sections of size 101.60mm x 44.45mm x 2mm in vertical and horizontal members and glazed with 5mm thick tinted glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade with laminations on both faces according to site requirement including jointing cleats, glazing pins, rubber packing and fixing accessories as per site requirement including taking down existing partition of any type and position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F steel rolling shutters (Push pull or manual type) 1.25 mm thickness of laths, with required ball bearing for rolling shutter including shaft, top cover, guide channel (width 75 mm deep, 50mm wide and 3.15 mm thick) anchoring rod, hasp and staple, locking arragement erected in position as indicated including a priming coat and Two coats of synthetic enamle paint duly preparing new steel surface, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F designer board false ceiling of size 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction complete including dismantling of existing false ceiling with frame in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 16-18 mm thick granite (Z black colour) of any type work table rubbed and polished as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid over and incl 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab , notching and moulding including demolition of existing granite complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x600x7 mm thick (with pattern and border work as required at site) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), complete all as directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick laid over 15mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including dismantling of existing tiles of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two coats of 100% Premium/Ist quality acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) over and including priming coat of exterior primer complete all as directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying 1mm thick Birla White/J K White wall care putty, again sand papering thus making surface good applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall and ceiling including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with Wall Care Putty and applying One coat of premium/Ist quality exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint all as per manufacturers instructions to achive desired finish at any height complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of wall and ceiling including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with Wall Care Putty and applying One coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks of old size, straight or curved on plan to any radious built in CM 1:6 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces & finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified.
